We offer both individual maintenance services as well as annual maintenance plans for homeowners in and around the Redlands area. At Burgeson's, our individual A/C or heating system maintenance service costs $149, and our Burgeson's Preferred Membership starts at $229 per year. My HVAC died after almost 30 years, so I called Costco to get an evaluation. They contract out their HVAC orders to Burgeson's. Dustin the consultant responded the next day, came to the house and gave me an estimate. Granted, the HVAC systems are super expensive. And Costco keeps a couple of thousand dollars for a few months until they give it back to you as a Costco card.
That part is super lame but it isn't Burgeson's fault. Within 5 days, I had my HVAC system installed by Balthazar and Carlos. The guys came on time around 830am and left around 4pm. They made sure I understood that it would be an all-day job. Do people think these things go in super easy without some work? Anyway, the men were courteous, wore shoe covers, and made sure my floors were nicely covered.
The Lennox 16-seer system rocks! It is so quiet and literally if my TV is a little loud I can't tell if my A/C is on beyond the fact that it is nice and cool. How lucky was I that the system went in before the current heatwave?!

We have been customers of Burgeson's for 15 years. The service had been really good except for a few billing hiccups. We have purchased the service contract every year. Our last service ended our relationship though. During Covid we skipped a year of service 2020-2021. On June 13 we scheduled and received service. The tech advised that the filter kit would need to be replace at a cost of approx $300.
I let the tech know we did have a contract in place for the inclusion of filters. I called the service department and they verified the filters were included since we skipped a year. I told the tech who said he needed to verify that himself. We also needed a repair done to the condenser which I agreed to for $216.00. When I was charged at the completion of the work I was expecting a $216 charge and was told no different when he took my credit card.
No paper receipt was generated but emailed. To my surprise we were billed $488.00. It took 4 phone calls and 2 days to get a call back. Billing said I was given the wrong information 2 different times and we would have to pay for the filters. She was also happy to cancel our 2022-2023 contract. I have used Burgeson's about 3 times and I am beyond satisfied. Very courteous, helpful, and they try to get here as quick as possible. I do have to say this last service call was the best though. Henry was informative and went through the different options with me about getting a new ac unit. He did make it clear, he was not in sales, but knew exactly who to refer me to to get the rest of my questions answered.

John arrived on time an went straight to work on our roof top A/C. He was vey professional and friendly which set my mind at ease. He he knows his stuff. In fixing our unit discovered that the main electrical circuit needs to be up dated. We did need to have the system charged which because we are on contracted with Burgeson's we received discounts. Such a relief in this day and age of things costing more then before. I would recommend Burgeson's and John anytime for A/C service and repair.

Both technicians (Alaeddin and Jose) were very professional, thorough, and organized. We had excessive water dripping from outdoor pipe releasing condensation from running AC. They cleaned/cleared the clog that was causing the problem, and no more excessive water condensation dripping outdoors. There was no mess while working and both wore booties to cover their street shoes, which was greatly appreciated. This is the second time we've used Burgeson's. The first time was a plumbing issue and we're very satisfied with the outcome of both jobs.

In September of 2021 I had a major re-ducting of my existing house supply venting along with the addition of a new split wall air conditioner. The split wall unit was put in place as a back up to the main heating and air-conditioning system. During this past winter I had a need for some quick heat, from the split heat pump air conditioning, and when I attempted to use the heat function it was barely putting out any heat, since it was extremely cold-thought maybe it was just too cold and turned off the split unit.
Fast forward to June 2022, with the arrival of a hot summer day in Arrowhead, I turned on the split air conditioning only to find out that it would only blow hot air in both heating and air-conditioning modes. It was another big surprise since I had spent considerable $$$ to have this installed by a company who I fully trust and historically do great work. Today's technician came out and told me that the unit had lost all of its Freon so naturally it would not work.
He added a dye to the unit and refilled the Freon with the goal of finding the leak that caused the total loss of my Freon (can't be good for the environment) Within a few minutes the technician found that one of the flare fittings from the original install date was not tightened properly, I think in a few places, and was probably the culprit for the loss of all Freon.
I remember back to the original install days, when they did the major work on my home ducting, and installed-this new split air conditioning, it took 2 full days. Toward the end of the installation, on day two, think the guys wanted to get home and they may have overlooked tightening some of the fittings? resulting in the Freon link I just experienced.
So I guess the lesson here is when you're getting a new air conditioner ask the installers if they have double checked the tightened all of the fittings so that there won't be any future Freon leaks. Further, I think it would be a really nice touch if Fergusons would make one post installation visit to do a quality control check on the workmanship.
Due to the suspected problems with the original installers I now need to take of two days to be available to meet with the technicians. I certainly have no animosity towards Fergusons, I think they are an excellent company, but if they could add some quality control measures to their service, especially for new construction and total system replacement, could make their company function even better and make for totally satisfied customers.

I was really impressed with the responsiveness and overall service I received when booking the appointment and from the technicians when they arrived. They were very professional and courteous and wore booties when inside the house and they let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I started working with Burgeson's to replace fee outlets. We're in a process of remodeling the house. Step by step Torey has updated the whole lightning in the house. They did such a great job that we did the panel upgrade with them, along with adding an electrical outlet to charge the car. They updated the panel and installed the outlet for the car in a single day!
Beautiful job! All I did was to make a call, order the job and then accept the final result. That's it. No headache whatsoever. Manny, the manager, did a great job keeping me posted and following on all my requests. They are so good, that I wanna keep upgrading the house Thank you guys.

We installed a completely new HVAC system. The air handler had not been updated in nearly 60 years, and the previous heat pump compressor installed by another company only worked for a short time. Burgeson's did the work right. The price was not the cheapest, and we had to borrow, but we never regretted our decision. After having no central air or heating for decades, this home is now comfortable all year round for far less expense than when using a few space heaters and ac units.
We were going to do major updates on doors and windows, but the new system has made that purely optional. Sales reps were very honest and straightforward; techs were on top of everything. Nothing but 100% satisfaction all around.

My family and I purchased our forever home last year and noticed that we kept sneezing and having frequent allergies and our electricity bill was INSANE. Turns out, the HVAC duct work was disconnected in some areas, dirty and OLD (as in installed back in the 80s when the house was built). This meant our unit was working extra hard just to cool/heat our home, which explains the $$$ electricity bill.
We did a few quotes in the area to see how much this job would cost, being that we were new homeowners, we honestly did not know how much this project would cost. The ranges of prices we got were EXTREME but when we met and consulted with Randy Young, we knew we had the company that would not only give us a reasonable quote, but also high quality and honest work. Randy inspected our duct work, shared his findings and recommendations.
Also gave us our price quote on the spot. He was friendly, professional, on time to our appointment and courteous of our safety with wearing a mask, shoe booties (we have little kids that crawl around) and keeping a safe distance. I was also appreciative that before he brought out his ladder to get up to our attic, he laid out a protective covering on our floor, something the other companies that came out never did. Scheduling our install was a breeze.
They had openings a week out. Joshua Moses and his installation team arrived at 9am for the install. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. I also appreciated that they were wearing masks and shoe coverings while they were inside our home. It took them the entire day to do the job and we were quite impressed at how quick, clean and professional they were with their work.
We also had them install a MERV 16 air filter in our HVAC unit, which will definitely give us more a peace of mind when it comes to breathing in clean and fresh air in our new home. It's been 2 weeks since our new ducts were installed and there's definitely a HUGE difference in air quality and how quick our rooms are getting cooled. It all started with Travis' installation of our new hot-water heater. Very difficult placement, but he did a resounding job! We then decided to have the rest of our utilities inspected, and were shocked at the findings. The decision was made to basically invest in an entirely new HVAC system. We couldn't be happier. Rick came out and actually suggested a lower-cost system than the one I ultimately decided on. Great representation. Nate, Richard, and Kenny came out and did SO MUCH more than we had expected. I use Bergeson's for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. I had them replace the water pressure regulator over a year ago and then suddenly I began hearing the same groaning noise. They sent Shannon out the next day, free of charge, he adjusted the pressure PSI and discovered that the noise was a result of not using my bathtub (I've used it 1 time in 11 years as I'm a shower person).
He turned it on to clear the air out of it and the noise went away. Boy did I feel stupid. The point is that they take care of their customers, they're honest, trust worthy, and provide services at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend using them!

I wanted to get my AC serviced before the summer season rolls in, and overall I was pretty satisfied with Burgeson's. I talked to the person advertising outside of Lowe's and she had someone call me to schedule within a few days. I was surprised that the earliest availability was several weeks out, but glad I scheduled as the technician was thorough, polite and right on time.
I am just a little bummed that he mentioned having the company call me back to schedule someone to come out and discuss replacing my unit - it's been 2 weeks and still no call back, so I'll probably go with someone else.

Our vent work was completed today and want to share how impressed we were with the guys doing it (Nate V, Richard K, Ed M). We contracted with Burgeson's and Costco to replace HVAC and heater system. Randy Was very thorough and helpful walking us though the contract and also had his plumber work same day with HVAC team to fix our tilting water heater to prevent flooding heater in the future. They finished the project the next day we signed the contract. The final project is absolutely beautiful.
We like our new Lenox HVAC and heater. Technicians were polite, efficient and professional. We are waiting for city to inspect the project now. I personally am very satisfied with Burgeson's service. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I had two leaks and that needed repair. When Ryan (aka Jeffery) arrived he was professional. I showed him both leaks and he walked me thought way the issues were. He wasn't sure that the 2nd leak (behind the fridge in the kitchen) could be fixed that day and informed me that when it was fixed the dry all might need to be cut. He provided estimates and then went to shut the water off in order to fix the leak in the master/main bathroom.
Following that he said that he might have a way to fix the leak in the kitchen. He did both and there was no nee to cut the dry wall! On top of this, he looked at the other bathrooms and provided an estimate to make improvements. I even think he fixed the toilet bowl in the master/main bathroom because it no longer sounds like water is going through the tank!
I am thrilled with the amazing service and that the price quoted for the work was less than expected. I have a feeling that I will be calling them again in the future and hope that Ryan will be available to assist.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced. My heater broke and it's Christmas week. They are fully booked and we're scheduling into next week. This week rain and cold is in the forecast and I'm a stressing mess. But to the rescue they came and were able to get me an appointment in just a few days. I'm grateful so everly grateful. Please BEWARE of this Company! We are in our late 70's and was hoodwinked by this company - we have purchased a $4700 evaporative cooler have had nothing but trouble with it and had to disconnect the pump that auto changes the water - we have to dump it by hand. We were then talked into a new HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING UNIT - cost of $14,000. Purchased June 2019. 2 days ago the heating unit has quit and our home temp dropped to 61 degrees.
My bride of 57 years called and was talked into a "one time" tune up service for $229 annual fee to which they charged our credit card - and if any parts needed would give us 15% Discount off retail. Being on Social Security we are very limited in our spending so I had my wife call them back 5 minutes later. They refused to credit us back! Said had to send us a check to which we have not received. We are desperate so I called this morning- HAVE NOT HEARD! We also left a message for the owner Kevin Burgeson - NO CALL! If this a company you want to deal with?

Michael and Ary showed up on time and although I couldn't open the door immediately, they were very nice and understanding when I finally did. They were both very knowledgeable and patiently explained where the issue was, what were the possible solutions and what would the costs be. Because of their customer service skills and how they explained the pros and cons to us, my husband and I decided to go with a complete fix and replacement of the pipes instead of the easy and cheaper fix. I had a Generac 22k Generator installed and a 100 amp panel ungraded to a 200 amp panel by probably the friendliest, most polite and professional crew of people including Troyce, Ryan, Issac, ,M ike and Wade and two others. These men were not only professional but very efficient at their jobs. I am a 69 year old man and have worked with many professional people in my life.
These men rate amongst the highest. Also, Steve who started the whole process by getting me approval for financing and scheduling the work at my convenience. The HR at Burgeson's must be very good at picking out individuals with good work ethics and professionalism because these employees are excellent. Five stars all the way. Will use Burgeson's again in the future without any reservations.

Overall Top quality from start to finish. Nate completely explained all options for our complete system replacement, recommended the system he thought we needed. I even asked about going to the next size up and he told us we didn't need to spend the extra money as it wouldn't really do anything for us. Technicians are great- admin staff's customer service, not so much. Company has always been nice to work with but recently, horrible experience with office staff and no call back from GM after leaving a message re: my experience concerns. No more care! Time for a new a/c service provider--- after 40 years+.

Had a fantastic experience with Todd and Brandon today getting our AC extended to another room of our house, and a mini split installed in a shed in our backyard. Both were experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made a stressful day easier. Todd and Brandon went the extra mile. Really pleased with my experience today, and would highly recommend this company!

It's nice to be reminded of how kind some people are. I called Burgeson's on the Friday afternoon of labor day weekend with an urgent request to have a hand-held shower installed so I could care for my beloved dog who had just had surgery. They were about to close. Everyone was about to take off for the weekend, but the troops rallied! Cheryl got in touch with one of their plumbers, Adrian, who went out shopping to find a shower head, going to three different suppliers to find what I needed.
This was above and beyond what anyone should expect. I get choked up, thinking about how these fellow humans went out of their way to help me with the care and comfort of my pup. Am I a loyal customer? You bet!

Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning was highly recommended to me by 3 friends. I called Burgeson's on Sunday afternoon and they were able to send a technician to my home the next day. The lady I spoke with on Sunday to set an appointment was very courteous and professional. The technician they sent the next day was John Beech, who arrived on time, and had no problem diagnosing and repairing my HVAC system. John is very knowledgeable and has exceptional diagnostic skills.
He was well-prepared and had all the parts needed to repair the system. Additionally, the company does NOT try to over-sell, but just replaces the parts needed to fix the system. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. It gives me a great deal of comfort knowing that I have a company I trust that I can call to service such an important part of my home.

After having Burgeson's professionally install a "Generac" alternate power system, I asked them to service my solar panel system. Electrician Kyle Marcus came out today and clearly explained what he needed to do. After cleaning and checking out the solar panels on the roof, he took a look at my "Sunpower" system and told me that I did not need to add another monitor because I already had this capability on the system that was installed. Kyle told me that I did not need to have him install the monitor I had ordered, and he would help me download and set up the monitoring system on my cell phone and home computer.
In not time at all, I had access to my solar monitoring system and I saved $1,000! As a Law Enforcement professional, I recognize and appreciate honesty, professionalism and quality work for a fair price. And this is what I have always gotten from Burgeson's. I highly recommend them for any electrical service and installation needs you may need in the future.

We bumped in to Burgeson's and the deal they had at Costco with a/c. Rich Avila came by and discussed a great system for us! Can't say more for their crew, lead by Devon, who came and worked very hard in the heat, overtime in fact to get our system in and up in one day! Thanks also to todd, andrew, andrew, james, carlos, kyle, vinny josh brent and anyone else.
For hard working, polite, and excellent clean up. Not a tracd that they were here! Now we enjoy care free cooling instead of loud, ready to crump a/c Thank you Burgesons! Marvin Carol and Pearl Lee Highland.

We live in Running Springs, where it can be difficult to get home repair services. Our A/C was not cooling and we called Burgeson's because of their good Yelp ratings. We were not disappointed! Burgeson's technician, Thomas, arrived within the scheduled appointment time. He was courteous and always put shoe covers on when he entered our house (about 25 times!). Burgeson's charges by the job, not the hours it takes to fix problems.
Good thing for us because Thomas was here for 5 hours diligently diagnosing and repairing our system. It turned out our 8-year old Nest thermostat was malfunctioning intermittently and our A/C was 20% low on Freon. We are very happy with the results and won't hesitate to use them in the future. We also feel their prices are reasonable.

* I wrote a much-deserved great review last week but definitely my fault for going back to "edit" it and I accidentally erased it! This company is awesome! Wonderful customer service (Top-Notch, they truly try to help your individual house repair needs and situation). The Technicians are professional, knowledgeable and respectful of your home. Family owned and it shows. Reliable. Realistic. Fair. Experienced. Efficient. Highly recommend them!

Otto came to our home in Loma Linda and the heating/AC unit had not been serviced for 4 years. Otto was meticulous with his work, he washed off the roof when he was finished with the Heat and AC unit, explained everything we needed repaired, and set us up for twice a year service which discounts the cost. He took his time and did not rush, and I will call him for our next service. My friend, Julia, recommended Burgesons as they maintain heating and AC at her multiple properties.
