I have used this company for 3 to 5 years They started out Pretty good I signed up with a service contract but one excuse after another I can never get them to come and honor their service contract One day someone sick the next day someone's in the hospital the next day someone's got covid and No one has the decency to contact you to reschedule I'm I'm not your secretary to constantly remind you that we have a potential serious problemI even spoke with the owner and he was supposed to come by with a sniffer to make sure that there were no other gas leaks But I was soon forgotten about constantly calling whenever I have A-day off to try and schedule a service I'm well aware of that people do get sick I'm well aware of things happening one thing I do not understand is if someone has been waiting an awful long time they should become a priority not put on a shelf somewhere Why am I paying a monthly service that I am not getting they remember to take out of my credit card every month but I am not getting a service The biggest problem I had with this company is I had them come in to check out my Entire house and heating heating and AC units to make sure that there was no Other gas leaksThey never found them but I most certainly did and whenever I did they did correct the problem but I'm not the professional they are I still did not feel comfortable or safe I wanted them To go over the hole service to make sure there were no additional gas leaks but I can never get them to come and check You would think what a gas leak Would be a top priority And that they would try and schedule as soon as possible a service But now it's been months so so I need to say goodbye and find a more reliable company. I'm asking for a refund let's see if that happens otherwise I have to go to the next level.

On Sunday, November 25, I discovered that my burner had a corroded flow control valve, resulting in a pinhole spray of one of the copper pipes. Thinking that all plumbers were available, I was frantic to find out that the plumbing community was helping western N.Y. because of Sandy. I received nothing but "leave your name, etc" I remember seeing the RESCOMM truck on my way to Riverhead and called them. Mr. Peter Soullas answered with 2 rings and most helpful and sympathetic.
The next day (Tuesday), the technician was here a 9:00a.am. Martin took pictures and said Peter would call me back. Peter called within the hour and said he would order the parts, get them the next morning, and send 2 technicians over asap. Benny and Chris were here promptly. My system was repaired in no time. This included fixing the copper pipe which was between the den floor and the basement ceiling.
They were efficient, cleaned the basement and politely left. This firm should be very proud. Each person I dealt with was courteous on the phone, answering the phone in a timely manner, returning my phone calls promptly in my moment of need (thank you Kelly!). To say that this firm is professional is an understatement. They are wonderful! Thank you and kudos to your firm.
