I often judge how much a person knows what they are doing by how well they are able to explain an issue to have a novice understand. After having 3 different people look at my boiler, I am happy I reached out to Atomic because the issue has finally been resolved. I also appreciated Mark's patience, taking the time out to explain what went wrong.
