Equipment Replacement: We provide the best value on the highest quality comfort systems for your business.
Keep your home comfortable and reduce your A/C costs by installing energy-efficient ceiling fans to circulate the air. The average cost to run a fan is only $7 a month! Be sure to clean or change your air filter at least once a month, and always use the proper size for your unit. It is also important to keep your outside unit clear of debris to avoid blocking the airflow.
Replacing your home cooling system can be a major decision; one you don't want to make based strictly on cost. That's why we offer convenient financing options with approved credit. Craft Heating & Cooling refers its customers to the following quality lender for their financing. When a business leases new air conditioning equipment, working capital is not reduced and bank credit lines are not affected.

I'd give Craft Heating and Cooling 1,000 stars if it were an option. My experience with Craft during the install of our new A/C and furnace was minimal as our builder handled most of the communication. When I did have some interaction with the install crew, they were very professional and focused on making us happy. It's my opinion that the post-sale/install customer service is the most important measure of a company that will not only receive my repeat business, but my recommendations to other potential customers as well. Based from my experience over the past 48 hours, Craft Heating and Cooling's technicians, Don, Aaron, Rick and Luke provided a level of customer service that you typically only see in new hire customer service training manuals.
The other night I noticed the pan under the unit had gathered water. I called their after hours line to see if I can have someone come out in the morning. Minutes after leaving my message, their on-call Tech, Don called to get more detail. I explained that I wasn't concerned of an overnight overflow as it was a nice night to leave the windows open with no need to turn on the A/C or heat.
After Don learned the unit was in a utility closet on our new 2nd story, he nearly insisted that he come out to take a look. I'll never forget him saying "I won't be able to sleep tonight knowing there's a slight possibility of an overflow and what that would do to your second and first floor." I found myself thinking this guy is more concerned about our recent investment than I am.
Keep in mind the off hours call was covered by the warranty so there's no play here for them to collect additional revenue. Don showed up and threw on a pair of booties without me having to ask and went to work on the unit. He didnt have the part needed, but put in place a number of safeguards to enable himself to get sleep that night (my family and I slept great too.) Yesterday, Rick stopped by to fix the issue. An electrical issue popped up shortly after Rick left, but I knew the leak was fixed and we didnt need the air on last night.
So this time I left a message stating I didnt need anyone tonight but if they can send someone out tomorrow to check out the electrical issue. First thing in the am, Luke shows up and quickly determined it was a faulty on/off switch. He rechecked the entire unit top to bottom after replacing the switch. These gents are truly masters of their craft (pun intended) and customer services champions. I will be calling Craft for my heating and cooling needs, as you should too.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality This business took advantage of my 87 year old Mother. She called to complain on 4/27/2022 and the said they would talk to Nathan the service tec. She is still waiting. One photo is from our recent experience with Nathan and the other is the through report from 7 months ago. Unacceptable. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Excellent service! Our boiler broke two days before Thanksgiving and they had us back up and running with plenty of time to enjoy the holiday! Don was very friendly, professional and explained clearly what he was going to do. He wore a mask upon request and had the job completed much quicker than expected! If we ever need HVAC work done again, we'll be calling Craft Heating!

Come up here to handle household responsibilities for my ailing father, and come to find out this company installed the furnace 22 years ago incorrectly and have sold scheduled maintenance twice a year for the entirety. Not once did they catch the mistake. Call them up and explained that I had readings of extremely high carbon dioxide readings when the furnace runs, plus how it's affecting the people and animals inside the home, and they didn't bring a single piece of equipment that would've verified dangerous conditions.
The technician explained to me the combustion analyzer is too expensive to have all the technicians carry them, so they keep the one they do own in their shop for "special occasions". when it should be done on scheduled maintenance every year before the heating season. That tells me they've never done it in 22 years of service. The technician charged me a service call fee and informed me they'll need to come back sometime next week with the proper equipment.
Extremely high levels of carbon dioxide disperses the oxygen available, and can be fatal. I'm a home inspector and licensed electrician, and this is fairly common in the hvac-r industry unfortunately.

Could not recommend these guys enough. We saw 3 different staff members from our original service call to the date of install with our new unit. It was like having family members in your home. So kind, so caring, so genuine. Got their info from seeing the van while servicing another house on my street, will definitely recommend. Service: Install AC

They never called back to schedule 2nd part of the work. The technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and polite. It appears to be an administrative malfunction. I even called several days later to follow up. I was told the service manager would call me the following day. That was 2 weeks ago. I have spent considerable money with Craft Heating over the years. I feel disrespected.

They came out to our house after our furnace died, and gave us a quote that was less than their competitors. The install was just a few days after we accepted the quote and went smoothly. There was a mechanical issue with the new furnacr 4 days later and one of their techs came out and fixed it within an hour of calling the office about it. Their techs were all very professional and worked quickly.

I cannot express how thankful I am to them. There was a problem with my AC unit not turning off although I had turned it off with my thermostat so it was driving my electricity bill high. The pipes around the AC were frozen inside and out. As I was freaking out about the cost of the electric bill and the cost of getting this repaired, I was finally able to turn it off through the breaker and was hoping to get an appointment ASAP as we are in the middle of summer and temperatures were going to rise in the next few days.
My friend had recommended them so I called them in the morning and they sent someone over in a few hours. Tom was really nice and friendly. He was able to identify the problem and fix it within an hour. They do charge $84 for diagnostic in addition to repairs but it didn't cost me an arm and a leg to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them as they are fast and very friendly.

My Mom had an issue on the weekend and Paul came over to check it out. I was there when he was and I observed him doing a through job of diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining and fixing it. The price was reasonable. You can rest assured that this company would treat you and your 83 year old Mom fairly based on this interaction.

Furnace went out the other day. I'm very into DIY fixes and through my own diagnosis, i found the issue was a cracked ignitor. To my chagrin, big box stores do not carry these so I had to call a pro. I called Craft and they had a tech come over within two hours. The gentleman was very nice. I showed him the issue, and he replaced the part within 10 minutes, which fixed the furnace.
The total cost was around $200. Keep in mind you can buy this replacement part for $40-50 online. but thats if you want to wait 4 days to have it shipped to your home. All in all, I guess its a decent price if you don't know how to fix a furnace yourself or you need it done quicker. The repair man seemed knowledgable- I would call Craft again in the future for a more complicated fix.

I have use Craft Heating and Cooling to install a new heat, air and home filtering system. Excellent service and installation. After about 5 years i had the need for a service on my heater, prompt service call, quickly located the problem and repaired it. Initial charge was several hundred dollars, the next day they called back and told me that some of the parts were still under warranty and reduced my charge by approximately $250.00.
Because of this experience I urged my church to consider them when we need new air condition and a new heater. They were exceptionally fair and professional. Service calls are prompt, even on Sunday morning.

Kudos to a company that helped me out of a dire situation. I recently suffered the loss of my air conditioning in my heat pump due to a power hit. I had a bad repair experience with a competitor who had recently serviced it. I then called Craft heating and met with them. Although they recommended total replacement they made sure that I would get only what I needed and not try to oversell.
The team is professional and I got my new unit installed within a 2 day time frame. Their workers are bonded and insured and none of my other electrical devices were affected while the work was taking place. Everything is working perfectly again! They do stand by their work. This is my first Trane unit and I know I will be very happy with the new equipment.
Credit cards are accepted and they do offer special financing arrangements. It is my goal to use them to maintain my new equipment. I am very grateful for all they did to help restore my air conditioning.
