Thank you, Jody Litten, for always being here for us. Not only has Jody serviced our heating system for years, he also installed our new furnace, replacing one that had been in use for 30+ years. In addition, he replaced our really old sump pump, saving us from what could have been a big mess. Always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Working with Home Experts has been the best experience we had with any business in the area. I have a very high end /top of the line Trane Heat Pump system. I was having trouble with my unit using electric only heat, which was very expensive. I called another company last year and they were out to my house several times and were not able to fix my problem. The problem is that my system is so new, there are not many technicians trained on how to fix it.
The unit was only having trouble in the winter, so this summer was not an issue. I decided to call Home Experts Heating before winter arrived and I am so glad I did. Jody came to my home to check the unit, and then had to do some investigating afterwards to try to figure out the problem. Through his research he found out that when a different (Columbus) company installed the unit, they did not set the indoor air handler at the proper air flow setting and it was causing me to have very high heating bills.
This winter I am happy to say my electric bills are back to normal. Don't waste time calling any other business for repairs This company can get the job done! Thank you Jody for your Expert and Professional service on my unit. Jenn Gartner
