I am completely impressed with Pickerington Heating & Cooling. My A/C went out on a very hot day. I called them and explained the situation and I'm s senior and can't take the heat. Zack got someone out that afternoon. Josh and Eric came out and got everything fixed. They were very nice, professional and efficient. They explained what was going on as they went along.

They went above and beyond and Josh made time to do a complete Tune-up too. I read really good reviews on this company and now I know why! I will continue to use them and recommend them!

My experience started with the phone call, the representative was very courteous, she does an EXCELLENT representation for the company. We had an EXCELLENT experience with the Service Technician Jacob. He was responsive, professional, and timely. He went right to work and found the problem relatively quickly. I would recommend Pickerington Heating and Cooling to anyone. Plus they are very reasonable.

Total install took approx. 4 hours for both heating and A/C install. Arrived with a 4 man crew. Very good experience. Good crew in all respects, very good clean up, very good post install systems briefing (thermostat, outside unit functions, inside furnace checks / home maintenance instruction). Per install estimate review was excellent. Service Tech went over old furnace & A/C unit and provided good advice needed to make the decision a new system was needed.

No pressure, no double talk, just pertinent info. Used this company before a few years ago due to furnace breakdown during winter. They arrived same day and quickly solved the issue and provided good advice on future preventative measures. Highly recommend this company so give them a try.

Great customer service from the very beginning when I called for a furnace repair on a very cold winter day. The Servicemen were at my house within an hour of my call. Easton and Tony were efficient and explained what was wrong and how my furnace was repaired in a way I could definitely understand. They were kind and very pleasant people. Had a service tech out to check on AC/furnace in our new home. Ended up replacing both. The install was able to happen the day after diagnosis of issue, and the techs were great! It's been two+ years since we used Pickerington (we've since moved) and only wish we had found them earlier. Their service quality, honesty and integrity were phenomenal - we had someone from another company come out to service our A/C and it was clear they were motivated by selling us our next A/C instead of helping us. We called Pickerington for a second opinion and we only needed a valve to be adjusted and coolant to be added.

WOW! Pickerington Heating & Cooling went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my furnace. They were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My heat failed overnight. I called at 8:10am on a Saturday morning and was back in heat by 10:30am that day. My tech, Jacob was on point with the repair and explained everything that I needed to know about what went wrong. He gave me a good assessment on my unit as well. I do some diy repairs but I would recommend this company as a first choice to save time, money and the peace of mind of having it done right in December temperatures.

Such an awesome experience for a furnace that bit the dust as the Ohio winter rolled in. I called and within two hours, I had two techs in the house checking the issue. They were polite and thoroughly informative, and offered me a variety of options. In the end, I was able to get a new furnace for less than what I expected to pay for a part repair.

They would have installed it the next day had my schedule allowed (not their fault) but were there the morning after that and swiftly installed a new furnace and thermostat with a friendly and respectful team of installers that walked me through the new thermostat and had my house warmer before they left than it had been in days. Even got a follow up call the next day from my original diagnostic tech just to see how things went. OUTSTANDING SERVICE ALL AROUND! I could not recommend this company highly enough and if I ever have another need in the realm of what they do, they'll be the first and only ones I call.

I had no idea how poorly our HVAC was running until 5 star replaced it. Before calling 5 star I shopped around and was not happy with the recommendations from the other companies. Eventually a guy from work recommended I get a quote from 5 star and I'm so happy I did. Their sales man came out and looked at our old unit and told us all of our options.

We had already decided to replace our current one as it was 20 years old. He told us about all the models they offered and recommended we stay mid range. Instead of up selling us like all the other places he was real with us and worked within our budget. A week later the unit was installed and the crew who came over were lovely. They checked in with me every couple of hours and explained the whole process before they started.

They were finished in half the time they estimated and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I'm very happy with their work and will always recommend them over all their competitors. I will call on them whenever I need a tune up and when this machine sadly fails 10 years down the line.

Jacob was very friendly. He respected the fact I'm a caregiver for my 86 y/o mother and wore mask, gloves, protection on feet even. He did a good job explaining the options. When we went over the option the price was high especially if he wasn't going to do everything I expected done. He was willing to price match.

I used them on a rental house. Today they are coming to my house, something simple I hope.

We’ve been using Pickering Heating & Cooling for years now and cannot rave enough about the company! From general service/maintenance to our most recent experience of an entire system install (duct cleaning, new furnace, new AC unit), each experience has been excellent. Each staff member is caring and professional- as kind as family, they are thorough and clean in their work, and the units are eco-friendly and superior products! I am so excited about the “ecobee” thermostat too 🙂 I would highly recommend this company and will remain a loyal customer for many years to come!

We had the pleasure of working with Deven and Brock and they were the nicest, most honest, hardest working guys. When our 18 year old furnace went out, they were able to come out that morning and fix the issue during 13 degree Ohio weather. They ran into some issues that weren't their fault (it was the furnace) and they didn't leave until they were happy it was right. Highly recommend!

Called them for an air conditioner check up, been a little worried since we run our air conditioner 24/7 said they would be here between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, they showed up at 9:50. Very polite young man took apart, checked out and cleaned my air conditioner, informed me that I was a little low on freon, informed me of the cost, then filled it for me. No pressure to buy or service anything else which was nice. Prompt, friendly and professional. I will use this company again and would highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning unit gave out. The technician was prompt in coming out, gave a fair assessment of our needs and very competitive price for replacement. Service was completed quickly and on time. We are very pleased.

These guys did what they said they would. When they said they would. For the price we agreed on. And they put a shot of gas in my old leaking system to keep us cool until the new system was installed. They were friendly, professional, and local to my area. I will definitely use them again.
