Kevin came out on a Sunday late afternoon to help me and my family with an A/C unit that stopped working the night before. Mind you it's 93 degrees out and have a medically complex 1 year old in the house who needs A/C. Kevin came with a smile on his face, fixed the issue and was so extremely professional and polite I could not have anything other than this to say.

I hope this gets back to him as he is truly appreciated for what he does. Thank you Kevin and the whole crew there (I think it was Colleen who answered the phone) for helping my family and I.

Wow! So happy I called Cooling Unlimited. the technician who came to my house was amazing - talented, friendly, professional, and fast. Last week, I had called a different HVAC company for this same problem (central AC stopped working from an unidentified electrical problem), but the Sila technician couldn't figure out how to fix the problem, and then told me that it wasn't worth fixing and that I would need to buy a $16k replacement system.

I called Cooling Unlimited for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did! Their technician came out and found the problem right away and fixed it on the first try for less than the price of a service call from the first company. So grateful. I highly recommend Cooling Unlimited and am going to call them the next time my system needs service.

Quick quick in the appointment day, days not weeks from calling them. The called before they arrived. Courteous service and all work being done was explained. Quickly and efficiently performed the maintenance. Reasonably priced. The will be my go to for HVAC work.

Cooling Unlimited nursed our 40 year old gas boiler through its final 3 years. Last month they replaced the ancient beast with a state of the art modulating condensing gas boiler. The staff is knowledgeable, reliable and dependable. Great company!

Compressor went out on the hottest day/evening so far in Spring. I called around to find someone but everyone was busy. I pretty much gave up for any chance of an emergency repair. Luckily, Cooling Unlimited called in the evening and we coordinated an an emergency visit. They came out, diagnosed and replaced the capacitor. The A/C came back on and they were off to the next job. Needed to replace a 19 yr old Carrier unit. Cooling Unlimited sent out a helpful Salesperson, got a very reasonable quote same day and scheduled the installation. The installers did a masterful job and cleaned up when they were done. The only sign they had been here was the welcome return of a cool air supply to our home. We're sold. For our cooling and heating needs/maintenance, Cooling Unlimited will be our first call.
