Remember, it is illegal for a contractor to use another contractor's license, just as it is illegal for someone to use another's drivers license.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Frequently overcharging for any services, duplicate charges for recently failed repair, ridiculously expensive job quote. etc on and on. one of the worst contractors that I have ever used in my 22 years living in Boston area. It's sad your Company doesn't care to hear about a disturbing incident with one of your employees. A couple weeks ago one of your company trucks came flying into Sunoco in Wakefield around 10:00pm. He sat in his truck drinking a beer to my disbelief then proceeded to get out of the truck clearly not steady on his feet he put beer bottle in the barrel.
He got gas and drove off as erratic as he came in. My second attempt to speak to the owner to see if he received the message or needed anymore information about the incident I spoke with Andre. I asked him when would be a good time to speak to the owner I was informed by Andre well No telling know he floats in and out. He was not in the least interested in the incident or directing me to when the owner would be available leading me to believe this is a normal occurrence for them. I hope the owner of Bedford Mechanical knows what kind of people he's employing before something serious does happen.

A non-starter. I had them come to do a quote on a new AC system on a Thursday, and was told I'd get it the next Wednesday at the latest. I called them Wednesday, and they said they were busy but I'd have it by Friday. I called them Friday, and they said they'd give me a call back in a few minutes. It's 11 days later, no call back and no quote. I went with someone else. Don't waste your time.

We have done business with many HVAC Contractors in the past. We find Bedford Mechanical to be one of the most honest and competent mechanics in New England. We had Bedford Mechanical install a hot air furnace and A/C system at our home. Their price was the most reasonable when compared to three other contractor we asked to submit the quotes. They also stand behind their work.
Our furnace broke down and they repaired it at no cost. Very courteous customer service. We will highly recommend them if you are looking to repair on install a new heating/ cooling system.
