Excellent install for one to one zone heat pumps including 5 condensers to cool and heat the house with the goal to get off oil! Big and very friendly team came in on time and finished ahead of schedule all in one day to reduce disruption to the household. Clean up was great as well! It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Jay Moody! We wanted to replace our ancient oil-burning furnace with a whole-house heat pump system. Leo studied our house carefully, listened to our concerns, and came up with a plan that met our needs. The installation crew and the office staff were efficient and communicated well, and were polite and friendly. All in all it was a really good experience, and we're loving our new system!

Prompt, Professional, Friendly, Knowledgable and use common sense. They called 1/2 hour before my Appt. so I could meet them at home and not loose a lot of time at work. My Furnace stopped working at ~7am. They were out to fix it by 1pm and I was up and running in an hour. Adam the call dispatcher knew what the furnace fix was over the phone based on my description and symptoms of the problem.

The gentlemen from Jay Moody did an exceptional job installing 6 new mini split units to replace our malfunctioning and outdated oil system. My experience with Jay Moody was exceptional and positive. They have a highly knowledgeable staff and deliver the highest quality Mitsubishi equipment. I found Leo the owner to be the most knowledgeable HVAC person I had spoken to as I spoke to several. Jay Moody delivered me the most aesthetically pleasing and efficient system of any other company I spoke to.

Believe it there is a lot to these systems and you need someone who knows what they are doing. The Installation was impeccable my interior units are hardly noticeable. Upstairs I have 3 ceiling units. The Install crew was professional, punctual, responsive and polite. They left my home in the condition they found it. The office personnel are terrific.

I highly recommend that use this company for your HVAC needs. They are head and shoulders above the rest. No wonder they are one of the top Mitsubishi installers in Massachusetts.

Everyone from Jay Moody has been amazing! First we were very impressed by Leo (the owner) when he came to our home to discuss our options for heating and air conditioning. We decided to go with Jay Moody for the work. When dealing with the office for scheduling and questions the staff was great. Adam, Melissa and Olivia were always professional and would get the answers to any and all questions that we had.

Communication was excellent not only with the office staff but the installation crew as well. On the first day of the installation, they had arrived while I was out. I asked Noah if my vehicle would be in the way. He said " no not at all and please let us know if we are in your way". It was at that point I knew that we had the most professional and caring crew to work in our home that we could ask for.

I've been having ongoing issue with my gas furnace going out intermittently. Rob and Josh came performed diagnostic showed me that the gas pressure and flame sensor test good. Recommended replacement gas valve. They said they would order the parts and let me know when they can fix it. Service: Heating system repair

The owner had obvious wisdom on the needs of our older home and he offered an intelligent quote at the end of the visit. The installation was fast because of the hard work and expertise of the team.

I have been with these people since I bought my home. My 1st year was more than trying. Not only did these people help me but the owner came out because I was getting all kind of confused. He not only explained things but he told me what would work and what would work. At the end of the day they couldn't help me with the problem. Most companies would drop you and be a bit agitated with my ignorance regarding my needs.

The patients, knowledge, honesty and professionalism was and is phenomenal. The work with you in pricing they really treat you like family. After dealing with the other places in my area this company and the people in it was like a cool tall drink of water.

Jay Moody HVAC provided outstanding value in their installation of two Mitsubishi split-units in our home. Planning went well with Leo making two trips to account for our style concerns regarding condenser and conduit placement. What's more, installation was professional, efficient and fast, completed in a day and ahead of schedule to accommodate our wishes.

Plus the team handled a couple of unanticipated issues involving a dead mouse in the power panel closet and a stubborn-to-remove window air conditioner. And I appreciated their offer to submit rebate and electrical permit paperwork to the town. Kudos to Leo, Paul, Jake, Melissa and the crew for first-rate service. I have nothing but the BEST things to say about J Moody. They previously installed 5 Mitsubishi mini splits for us. I found J Moody from Mitsubishi's website and are known to be Diamond Elite Contractors. Robert and his crew technicians were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All of the technicians kept us informed during their installs which I truly appreciated.

I'm super happy they were able to match the color of the drainage with the color of our home (gray). I've seen other people's homes and it's a bit of a sore eye but luckily J Moody knows what they're doing and actually listens to their clients. They cleaned up after themselves and their work was impeccable. Robert has been my go to for all my questions and he has been so amazing with communicating.

Jay Moody HVAC is Prompt Professional and Friendly Service. They called 1/2 hour before my Appt. so I could meet them at home and not loose a lot of time at work. My furnace started working normally again after their first visit, and they were not upset when I decided to postpone the Furnace Repair for now to see if the problem re-occurs. They will definately be the company I use for all my HVAC needs.

$859.00 to change a TXV valve? They weren't even sure that was the problem and suggested I replace it. It is about 5 years old, so I said ok. I paid $125. for the first service call which is reasonable. I wish they had told me it would cost me $734. more to do this, I would have shopped around. Well, I almost fell over when they sent the second bill!

Two tech's at $95. each and they spent 3 hours installing a TXV valve? It doesn't take 2 people, nor does it take 3 hours. No travel time, they are next door! I complained about paying full price for the 2 techs Jay took a small amount of the bill. Still not fair. I won't be calling them again. Total rip off!

Had 2 mini splits installed in June 2018. Jay came to the house, asked my needs, surveyed the house, recommended a plan, set an install date, installed everything, and set me up with an electrician. Just over a year later, everything is working super. 2 mini splits and electrical work cost roughly $4500. Highly recommend this business. Excellent and professional service.

This past weekend when it was blazing hot, the mini splits kept the whole house cool. This winter when our boiler had a problem and we had no heat for a couple of days, the mini splits came in handy and heated the house well when we were in a bind. Recommended them to my buddy and he said they did an excellent job, and were half the price of his original quote! Mini splits aren't cheap, but expect a fair deal from this business.

Excellent experience with this company. The tech answered a bunch of questions I had and made some recommendations to extend the life of my HVAC system. This is one of those calls that I dread making.vulnerability ($$$). I absolutely felt like I was charged a very fair fee for the repair. I will use this company's service again.

Service was on time, thorough, and under budget. While we did not tell them how noisy the furnace was they noticed and fixed some loose heating ducts that were rattling around. The only area for improvement is to consider where your customers live. We were advised it would save money to switch from oil to natural gas. This company is in Leominster and that is true there.

But some other communities in the area have the worst utility company in the country, a monopoly, and I have heard many horror stories of outrageous natural gas bills that dwarf what I pay for oil, which has a competitive marketplace. I hope they will continue to offer oil furnace installations when our furnace reaches the end of its life. We will definitely contact them for an estimate them.

The communication was awful. And they installed a defective part for my heating system, which I now have to replace the whole thing again (only a year later). Definitely NOT a company I will using again.
