Russo Plumbing and heating installed a high effeciency very complicated heating system and they did an awesome job. After 2 years I just had them out to service the system and Anthony went completely through the system and was more thorough than I expected. If you are looking to have work done, these are the guys to hire, I won't call anyone else!

This was my first time calling Michael Russo Plumbing. David arrived as promised to assess a problem with what I thought was a broken pipe. He guided me to call a company to snake out a stoppage and what to do if that didn't resolve the issue. His services were not needed for this situation, however I will be calling him for anything in the future. He was very kind, spent a good amount of time educating me on this problem. I was not charged for his assessment. I really appreciated his honesty and generosity.

My apartment sewage pump stopped working. Without the owner, Andrew Russo, seeing or assessing the job, young plumbers were sent with an over sized tank and a brand I did not agree to. Without consulting me, they cut a large portion of my floor away & wanted to reroute existing pipes & cabinet. When I saw what was done, I stated the doorway would now not open with this giant wrong tank!
The young man looked shocked, as he never took that fact into account before starting this job. In fact, the existing tank only needed to have the pump inside replaced, closed up & be done, for one quarter the cost. Floor, tank repairs & carpentry work took weeks to complete & I lost a month's rent. I believe Russo's was trying to make a much bigger job out of a simple pump exchange to make 4 times the profit.
They need to do some soul searching instead of price gouging customers. Not all senior citizens living alone are so "old" they can't spot a greedy con job when they see one. Beware. I would never use nor recommend this company.

Because we moved the laundry from the kitchen to a laundry room, we asked to perform the necessary plumbing work. Part one: install connections in the new room, part two: remove the old connections from the kitchen. Apart from that they installed new stops in the bathroom and the vent connection for the dryer. Someone came over to check the location and to prepare the estimation which included all work need to be done.
The workers who did the installation were very professional and performed a very clean work, and all was done in time and even short-term. This was not the first job Michael Russo Plumbing did in our house - it was always done very nicely and professional with a high quality for work. No hidden costs appear for the jobs, and the company was always very reliable.
With regards to costs, yes, it is not cheap, but if you want to get the job done hassle-free in a professional, secure and insured way with high quality, I recommend to go with Michael Russo Plumbing, it's worth the money.

Best plumber we ever used, hands down. Incredible attention to detail; professional.all around great service! Wouldn't consider using anyone else! And trust me, I have used a few plumbers in my lifetime and Russo is by far, excellent! What a joke this Company is. We had a leaky shower head. After four weeks supposedly on order the part comes in. The guy comes to our home to install. Wrong part. The previous Russo plumber apparently ordered the wrong part The Russo owner says that I should still keep it because someday that part will also break. He indicated that the supplier of this part would be charging a 50 percent restocking fee. That would cost him 150.00 The bottom line it still isn't fixed however Russo will not be the plumber that will fix it Dishonest!

We had Mike Russo Plumbing in when we renovated our half bath and were very satisfied with how things turned out. There was an initial issue with the faucet installation (partially due to the type of faucet we chose) and once informed he promptly sent sent a guy back to remedy the situation at no additional cost. Great customer service.
