We are happy customers of Brubaker for 30 years, and continuing. They do it all professionally, on time, with fair prices, quality, immaculate clean up, and great communication and explanation. They have regularly cleaned and serviced our furnace and AC, replaced a water heater a couple times, tested back flow preventer, installed a faucet, installed a beautiful gas fireplace, and recently installed a new high efficiency furnace and AC. They are the real deal. I highly recommend.

I want to first say they are not a bad company. They just have some administrative problems for me. 3 out of my past 5 scheduled appointments have disappeared from their schedule. Other than that the reason I kept calling them is because they do amazing work when they do show up. I just can't keep taking extra days off because of this issue. Fix your scheduling problems and I'd surely be a customer again. Update to response if it was one time I wouldn't have left a review. As a baseball enthusiast I strongly believe in three strikes and you're out. Thank you

Recently moved into a new home and had Jeremy from Brubakers do an A/C inspection and maintenance. He was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain how to use the A/C, how to change out the filters, turn everything on, etc. He also took a few extra minutes to go over some options for my fireplace. I will definitely use their services again.

Hi Justin, let me tell you how much I love my new fireplace. I'm never leaving the house. Love it. Jeremy and Donny were so professional and answered all of my questions. I asked them more than once if my house was gonna blow up and if I had to grab all of my memorabilia in a hot second and they never flinched. Assured me the unit is as safe as our furnace. We walked in to Brubaker's Showroom and realized that this is what a fireplace showroom should look like. The displays were finished nicely with, the staff was curteous and helpful and our overall experience was perfect. It was hard to find a company that could do the entire wall, stone work, Gas lines, drywall, framing it was great! I will be buying another insert for my mother very soon, Thanks for the awesome servicE!
