The technician (Anthony) who repaired my furnace knew exactly why my furnace wasn't working. It was a simple fix, but could have been prevented during a routine furnace cleaning that I have done annually which was overlooked by a different tech. Overall, I am pleased with this company, but will make sure they clean furnace thoroughly and properly next time. Thank you.

All Seasons Heating and Cooling were professional, informative, friendly and just a joy to work with. I decided to give them a shot due to the great reviews when our furnace pooped out in this cold weather. They explained the issue and installed a new furnace in a timely manner. After working on my hot water heater for about an hour, service man could not repair it (water heater was too old to repair). All Seasons had a new one at my house within 45 minutes. Lance and Calista who installed it were professional and great representatives of All Seasons.

This was a great company to work with. Luke, Cliff, Lance, and Andrew were all great. Each of them were very friendly and well informed and answered all my questions. Installation day they were done in a shorter time than expected and went over everything with me. They left my house and you would have never guessed I had a furnace and A/C unit replaced. After moving in, AC was malfunctioning early summer 2019. All Seasons sent a tech out who fixed the issue and suggested some extra work that could be done to extend the lifetime of the 20-year-old system (adding a hard start kit). It worked great the rest of the summer. December 2019, All Seasons came for an annual winter furnace maintenance and found some cracks in the heat exchanger. Showed me the cracks and let me know they were required by law to turn the furnace off due to the CO risk.

At my request, a salesman from All Seasons came that same afternoon and talked me through some different setups they could install. I opted to go for a full HVAC system replacement to save money on the combined installation. The next day was New Year's Eve, 2019. Technicians from All Seasons showed up around 8am and spent until about 7pm installing a new HVAC system (furnace, air conditioner, humidifier).

Since then, All Seasons has continued to be my #1 choice for HVAC maintenance and repair. Every technician they've sent has been very knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly -- and the quality of their service is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC service. I would also recommend their HVAC club plan - for a monthly fee I get my furnace, AC, and water heater maintained yearly at no extra cost.

If you are going to get annual maintenance anyway, this plan pays for itself and you save money in the long run. You get priority access when something goes wrong with your system. It also comes with a discount on future repairs and installs - for example, I saved 5% off of my complete HVAC replacement cost just for being a club member.

My furnace broke a few days before I was suppose to leave to go out of town for Christmas. The people at All Seasons were quick to come out and get my furnace working again temporarily, so that the house was comfortable, and recommended a new furnace. This was something I knew was a possibility over the past few years. The All Seasons people were able to set up the installation of a new furnace, at a fair price, while I was out of town for Christmas.

The house was nice and warm when I returned. My only issue, upon initial inspection of the job, is that the new thermostat that they installed is crooked. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with All Seasons. The people that I have interacted with have been extremely nice and professional.

Technicians came and found out my furnace had a serious problem (I have had problems for 3 years). Cliff came out that night after hours and we had a new furnace installed in 4 days. Thank you All seasons heating and cooling for your fast, professional and friendly service! I called saying a needed a part for my hot water heater per the owner manual. I was impressed with your honesty, you didn't sell me a part I did not need! Tom reset my heater with a smile knowing how helpful he was. Also impressed I received a call asking if all was still good and I had hot water and thanked me for calling them when I was in need. Absolutely will call them in the future!

Couldn't have had a better experience! Brian was able to get me furnace and AC units that fit my home needs at a reasonable price and scheduled an appointment for installation. Corey and Jesse came in and quickly got to work. They were all very knowledgeable and answered any questions that came up. Very pleased with All Seasons services and definitely recommend!

I really appreciate the job that All Seasons performed. We moved into a new house and I wanted to make sure that the furnace was in good working condition. When I called, they mentioned a special that I wasn't aware of and gave me a discounted price. The technician came at the beginning of the short window of time they provided me which was a pleasant surprise.

He quickly went to work, identified a repair, and went through the cost (as well as a special program in order to save money) before doing any work. At the end, he went over everything that he performed as well as the cost making sure that I completely understood. He did not make me feel like any of my dumb questions were dumb. Additionally, he made me aware of the age of the furnace and how long they normally last to give me a heads up as to when I should start saving money for the expense.

After he left, I felt very comfortable that the job was done right and I wasn't being cheated. Additionally, a couple of days after the visit, I received a phone call asking if I was satisfied and if I had any additional questions or concerns. I feel like this is how customer service should be performed.
