Water heater install. Don't bother. Where's the zero star option? The guy who I talked to to quote me for this job never called back and when I called and left a message to ask for them to send the quote he called me back saying he didn't know who I was. Said he needed a refresher course on my job. When I had called his direct number I couldn't leave a message since his mailbox was full.
Absolutely unprofessional. Luckily my tank broke while I waiting for a call back for my estimate. That forced my hand to do it myself and saved me at least a grand for what wasn't really a hard job. I just didn't have time to do it myself due to my work schedule.

I've moved here from Chicago. It took a while, and a few wrong turns, but I finally found the best there is in St. Joseph. They are honest, always on time, and will explain clearly your problems and options. They won't try to sell you something if they can repair. Financing will not be your first conversation.

Came to my house, cleaned wrong drain that was not clogged when I was not home (the sewage to the street), then told me they couldn't help me with the clogged drain (the driveway drain) and still charged me for a service I didn't ask for. Called to complain and never got a return call. I would never recommend them.

We had two separate issues over the course of 2 weeks - a leaky toilet, followed by a mysterious smell in our basement utility room. In both cases, neither of which were emergencies, they were able to get out to our house very quickly (within 1-2 days) and fix the issue in one visit. Mike was our plumber - loved working with him!
