Our furnace went out in the coldest weather we've had thus far this winter (of course), so I called right after they opened and they scheduled service for just a couple hours later! My boyfriend and I were able to diagnose the problem before calling, so they had all the parts they needed to replace the part when they arrived to repair it. Super responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician also kept me updated on what all needed to be replaced and the cost estimate, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

My furnace stopped working at night. Next morning when I got up the house was super cold. So I called redmon heating & cooling asked if they could come take a look at it, they were at my house with in 1 hour. They really know what they're doing, next time I have any problems with my furnace I know who to call.

My wife and I are new to the area and I wanted our heating system, including the humidifier and filter system, checked out. This was my first time using Redmon The sticker on the duct stated Redmon installed the furnace a couple years ago and serviced the previous system. The person who answered the phone was very professional and worked around my schedule to set the appointment.
The technician arrived precisely to schedule. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to pick his brain. I just received the bill and feel the price to be very reasonable. What more can I say. I feel we have found the HVAC company who will be doing our future work!

From the first call it was clear their top priority was to help me and my family restore the heat in our home. Do NOT use this company. I called to have them come to my house to evaluate what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. A young man spent about an hour assessing and determined that the top of the line 9 year old unit had one small leak and the entire unit (outside unit and furnace unit) would need to be replaced. This fix would be at the cost of $2, 650. Needless to say I sought out a second opinion.
The second company identified the exact same leak that Redmon's employee identified. However, this gentleman explained that the unit was in good shape and did not need to be entirely replaced. Instead the small leak could be repaired and the unit filled with refrigerant. It has been over a week and the air conditioning unit is running perfectly. This repair cost less than $500, a drastic economic difference. Either Redmon's employee was inexperienced or they were trying to rip us off. Very disappointed.

Good, honest folks. I called with questions about my humidifier unit / furnace in my new home and They walked me through my issue in about 2 minutes over the phone instead of sending a tech out / charging me for a service call. I used them prior to the call and will continue to do so in the future. Good neighborhood company!
