Impressed from the first phone call. Dan was our technician and very thorough, helpful and personable. Joy who scheduled us was a delight and even moved our time to accommodate an issue I had with medical testing. This company feels like "family" and we look forward to years to come with them. They take their work and customer satisfaction seriously and do it all really really well. The free second opinion turned into us changing companies for good!

Yesterday we had new heating & AC units install. We are very happy that we went with Air Specialty. From the time we talked to our sales lady Reyna we knew we had a good company. First of all Reyna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make sure we had the right unit for what we needed. She's went out of her way (even after hours) to talk us through questions and concerns we've had.

She's great! The installation was great! Two young guys Matt and Tanner from beginning to end were very respectful, professional and polite (a rarity to find these days). We had an electrical issue with one of the disconnects outside so they called the office and the Mgr had an electrician out right away. I'm impressed that they took care of the issue right away instead of saying, we'll have someone out in a day or two!

The system has been installed, a couple of small items that are being addressed but overall We made the right choice going with you guys! Thanks for being a company of integrity and taking good care of us! Gods blessings over your company! Mike & Susan Dempsey

Expected the service call to be the next day. Surprised and pleased that they were coming out to service the a/c immediately. Technician Danny Castellow was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and repair the unit in minimal time. He was a pleasure to talk with and it was evident that he was well experienced in his field. I would rate the overall experience as a 5 out of 5 stars. Would recommend Air Specialty to anyone needing service on their air conditioning.

The company was able to help me on the day I called to schedule an appointment. Joy was professional and so helpful to me. Dan was able to come early for the appointment which was a blessing as my air conditioner was not working upstairs. He worked quickly to determine the problem, corrected it and we discussed a new system. I would definitely use this company again as they were not "aggressive" in their sales approach and provided me such a great service.

Can't say more about how impressed I am with my service. Barry was extremely professional, honest, and reasonable. I was seen within a couple hours, he explained to me what the issue was and rectified it. If you have any issues call this business. I had used Norfolk heating and cooling in the past and they had awful service and their prices were outrageous. Recommend air specialty 10/10!

This company is amazing! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of our furnace during this winter. First, I talked to an amazing receptionist named Jamicia. When we talked, I was extremely stressed out about the repairs. I had a couple of technicians from my home warranty come out before Air Specialty and they never fixed the furnace. She handled my stress very well and set an appointment for a diagnosis with care. Mike is an incredible technician who walked me through what was exactly wrong with the furnace.

When he presented me with the invoice, I was shocked at the value! I felt that the repairs needed would have been way more expensive. Mike an his crew came out to my home about a week after the diagnosis and on time as promised. They fixed the furnace and duct work as needed in a reasonable time (about an hour and a half). Don't question it. just GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They WILL take care of you and are the sweetest professionals!

Mike Lewis was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it there and then. Explained everything clearly so that I could in turn explain it to my husband later. He was also lovely to talk to and didn't mind me watching and asking questions so I could learn more about the system and what had gone wrong. Very respectful of our space, and careful with the cats. Chandler came out on a Sunday outside of normal business hours to diagnose my furnace that wasn't heating. He was professional, quick, had great communication, got the system up and running as well as double checked to make sure we were good. He went through to each register with a temp gun to make sure the whole house was heating normally. Price was reasonable and even though I expected him to try to sell me on a yearly maintenance schedule, I never felt pressured to sign up - no fear mongering that without their service schedule I was doomed for system failure. Honest, reliable, small local business. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

This was the second time I've used Air Specialty and I will say I will never use anyone else! Joy was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone each time and was able to get a technician out to us ASAP! Mike was our technician and was efficient and answered all of our questions we had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession.

Dan Hubbert did a great job getting our Family's heat back on. He came out in the middle of the snow and had our heat up and running in about 15 minutes. We are so greatful Service: Heating maintenance

Air Specialty installed our HVAC system in 2017 and have maintained it in perfect condition since. Our service contract is affordable and a good value. We love Dan who is professional, friendly and effective. He explains all things HVAC and even alerted us to a maintenance item in our attic needing attention which we would not have known about because we never go there. 100% approval!

We have had a service contract with Air Specially for years and well worth it! This time, I had to replace the whole AC/Gas Heat unit because of age and I was looking for efficiency to help with high bills. The whole process was great from booking appointment with Joy, sales call from Reyna, installation from Martin & Matt and Quality Control followup (forgot his name) to make sure everything was installed correctly and answer any questions I had. If anyone has any Heating/Air Conditioning needs, I Definitely RECOMMEND AIR SPECIALTY as a company to call! Thanks Air Specialty!

We have been very pleased through the years with the services provided by Air Specialty Heating & AC. Every component of our heating and AC systems were installed by Air Specialty. Every person we have dealt with, from the schedulers to the technicians on up to the president Justin Matthews have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Our regular technician Dan Hibbert is the best.

He definitely knows his stuff and is a valuable resource to answer whatever questions arise regarding our heating and air conditioning systems. And it's always great to be greeted with his beaming smile. We highly recommend Air Specialty.

After being without heat for almost 3 weeks, the company I was dealing with was doing nothing to go the extra mile to help me. I was referred to Air Specialty and they were able to get the part and fix my heat the very next day. The technicians name was Barry and he was the nicest most professional most efficient technician I've ever dealt with. This company did go the extra mile for a stranger and as a result, I have switched my service to and I am thrilled beyond words. I also will be referring anyone who has any issues at all to this company and trying to convince people that use the former company that I was with to switch as well.

My old HVAC system was worn out and needed replacement. I called Air Specialty based on a friend's recommendation. They scheduled a technician to come out and give me an estimate within a few days. The technician showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. After a thorough inspection, Reyna was able to give me two estimates on the spot for a lower-end and higher-end system.

The system took a while to get delivered because of supply chain issues, but I was contacted the day the system came in and scheduled for installation the very next day. The two installers, Tanner and Matthew, arrived ahead of the scheduled time. After a brief discussion and description of the location of all necessary work areas, the gentlemen went to work.

I don't recall that they took any breaks and they were able to finish the job in far shorter time than was estimated. About 5 hours to completely replace the heat pump, air handler and thermostat. They swept up and removed the entire old system. The new system is very quiet and I am completely satisfied.

On time, with heads-up of thirty minutes. Barry the technician was like a old friend you've seen in while. Felt very comfortable with every question I asked, and the answer I received. Didn't have to follow him around to make sure he did the job. I would differently recommend this company, even the call desk feels like a friend. Thanks Guys!

I can't not express how thankful I am for this company. I woke up with no heat and called air specialty and was greeted so sweetly on the phone when I called. The young lady who took care of me was beyond helpful and supportive. She made things more than smooth for me. My tech was such a sweetheart. He saved the day for me and was extremely kind about it and to me. Barry was so quick and efficient with a smile on his face.

I honestly can't thank the two of them enough from saving me from my tragic Monday morning. Thank you so much! Y'all don't miss out on this company! Recommend hands down, top choice!

Very hot summer, ac is not cooling.not a happy household. Called AC Specialty; very responsive and accommodating. Diagnostic appointment scheduled for the following day.but there was a cancellation so technician arrived by noon. Barry was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. We live in a condo so Barry had to climb a ladder to the broiling hot rooftop; no complaining just got right to it.

He was able to diagnose the problem swiftly and carefully explained the remedy. He covered his shoes before entering our condo, could not have been more considerate. I will absolutely call AC Specialty again for service.

I had my HVAC unit installed 3 years ago, and it works perfectly. Just had a technician Barry come out and do routine maintenance. Barry was very personable, punctual, and informative
