On time, friendly, & honest! They were able to get a technician out here within 24hrs. Performed a leak test for about $100 less than another "expert" company quoted me. I am very pleased & relieved that my system does not need to be replaced, as another company recommended. Again, this company is honest! Greatly appreciated!

I've used Ocean Air for several years now and can't say enough about their professionalism. I have a rental property on the island and they have always responded quickly when an issue arose. This helps keep my quests happy even in the midst of a not so good situation. The owner, Curt Burchfield, also pointed out some areas of inefficiency which has saved me a lot of money over the last few years. Highly recommend!

I purchased a home in Feb 2017. The duct work was in terrible condition. I'd paid Russell Heating & Cooling for a spring routine maintenance and asked the technician about replacing the duct work. He shrugged me off and left the impression he was not interested in doing the job or even passing the information onto his employers. After several tries, another never got back to me.
Another company tried to up sale me for additional crawl space work and I only received the estimate after a couple weeks of pestering. In the meantime, the technician from Ocean Air came and gave me an estimate on the spot and when they'd be able to get it done. He was very friendly & seemed eager to have my business. I hired Ocean Air on the spot.
I asked for pics of the work when they were done and everything looked & worked great. Ocean Air has my business for the twice yearly maintenance on my furnace & HVAC and should I ever need additional service this is who I'm going to call.

I want to thank Kathy and Dan Odom for their exceptional company and the wonderful job they do. A special well deserved thanks to Neil Edmondson and Kenny ( Kenny's dead!) Jones. I know they think I'm crazy. LOL They worked for a day and a half putting all new duct work in my attic and I can't be happier. With the new heating and cooling system they installed the difference is amazing! Neil and Kenny, you are always welcome in my home. Thank you again :)

Words cannot begin to describe how unprofessional this place is! I called on a Sunday because the AC in my rental property was not working. The technician (Bruce) that came out narrowed it down to two possible scenarios, but you could tell he wasn't exactly sure. In fact he said he wasn't 100% sure. He then said he needed to order the parts & someone would contact me to set up another service date.
Total charge for an emergency call $164.25. Monday came & went, no one called, so I called Tuesday & spoke with a woman (Betsy) who scheduled me for Wednesday. The technician showed up late, & called to tell me that the part he changed did not work, so it had to be the other issue & quoted me $951.17 & again had to order parts. He told me someone would be in touch to schedule the services. Thursday came and went, no call.
Today is Friday, temperatures are rising & still NO CALL from this company! Honestly I just don't get how you can show up late both visits, charge someone for an emergency visit, fix absolutely nothing, and have the nerve to give a $951 quote, but never call to schedule the appointment. Over a month later, they figured out how to use a telephone to call saying I owed money for services. Services I knew nothing about because they never called to set up a time. Instead they just showed up randomly. Absolutely ridiculous & extremely unprofessional establishment.

Ocean Air will now be my go to for service on my oil furnace. I called at 8:28am, had someone there within an hour. The technician (John) was knowledgeable and down to earth. Fixed the issues and taught me a little about the system to keep it running properly in the future. Great customer service from the office and the field, fast and affordable.
