When Dan came out to give an estimate he explained how things would go if we went with them. When the guys showed up everything was done exactly like he said. Dillon and Ryan were very professional and did excellent work. Ryan was training and you could see he was doing an excellent job. Troy stopped by to check on the job. Dillon went over everything when job was complete. Dan came back about a week later to inspect the job and see if there were any concerns. Dillon, Ryan, and Dan all talked about how they really like the company and how they are treated there. I always think that if the employees are happy the will make the customers happy. Best in class quality, best in class service hands down. I flip homes and have used multiple hvac companies. But going forward i will only be using them. You may pay a tad more then others but for good reason. They do the absolute best in class quality work.

I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service and quality work Apex does. They installed a new HVAC system in my condo in the middle of summer and the technicians worked all day until the job was complete. When an unexpected issue came up with the heating system in winter, they came out after hours to restore the heat and made sure to get me on their schedule to permanently fix the issue that arose. The experience and professionalism of the Apex crew is bar none.

Every member of the APEX team that was in our home throughout the process was incredibly professional as well as friendly! We have a curious toddler who wanted to be involved and all of the guys were gracious and sweet to him while they got their work done. We really appreciate the timeliness of the project as well. We got a quote for a new heater and the installation was less than one week later. And on the coldest day of the year! Thank you APEX!

Our furnace stopped working in the evening and the temp. was -7 degrees when I called Apex to see about getting someone out to fix it, for obvious reasons we really didn't want to call out an emergency service, but the temp inside had dropped 14 degrees in less than and hour, and it was only 9 pm. I am 75, my husband 78, and my paralyzed brother lives with us also, so obviously we had to have heat.

A very nice young man, Justin, came out after I called and fixed it for us, this young man had to drive like 50 miles in this freezing weather as well, so we could have heat, and he explained everything to my husband as he fixed it, so we understood what was wrong. As it turned out it was (for him) any easy fix, for us a grateful warm evening. I don't think I would trust anyone else, nor would I call anyone else but Apex Heating and air conditioning if I ever have another prob. God Bless you all!

Great service, definitely went above and beyond. Along with a quick and professional installation of our new furnace they also noticed a potential dangerous co2 leak from our water heater and patched it free of charge. My heat went out after I arrived home from work one evening. Called Apex they were very responsive but warned me it was going to be late due to how busy they were. Then I received another call shortly after that they can can come sooner! Jake was very informative and he let me know what he was doing the whole time. The heat was running in know time Thank You!

Justin was extremely professional and was an outstanding repair technician for APEX. He fixed our furnace, after 2 days with no heat. We were extremely grateful that he was able to diagnose and return our furnace to working condition. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs for Heating. We came home to a hot house, 90’s forecasted all week. Air went out (we called Apex). JT came out within about 3 hours, fixed it, explained every single process in such great detail, got us on their maintenance plan (which we intended on doing back in 2018, but forgot). I cannot recommend them enough. He was kind, super knowledgeable and wasn’t rushed. Took the pieces apart and took the time to help us understand. Would never go anywhere else!

HIGHLY recommend Apex for your HVAC needs. My furnace went out over the weekend, I called at 8am on Monday morning, they were here by 1130am and an hour later I have heat again. Flawless experience and service from start to finish. I am now a customer for life. Thank you APEX!!!!
