At that time he focused his business on servicing furnaces and boilers and on cleaning ducts. Just two years later, he set up a small sheet metal fabrication shop and began installing forced air furnaces. By the late 1950s, he added air conditioning and hot water heating to his list of products and services.

I have used Bay Heating at my previous home and now my new home. Always top-notch service! Recently, my air conditioner was not cooling. I placed a call and waited for a call back. Instead, a service truck arrived in less than an hour. I can't say enough about the service I have been provided - excellent team of people in the office and in the field.

Very pleased with the response from Dave. My furnace died on a Sunday afternoon. Dave returned my call promptly offering to come and check the furnace and bring portable heaters for my son's and my comfort. He arrived Monday morning as promised to take measurements and set up a replacement. The service technicians were wonderful too. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. My basement was cleaned up and everything put back as before. I can't thank Bay Heating enough and highly recommend them!

Bay Heating has provided customer service above and beyond in multiple interactions over the years and at multiple homes. The staff is professional, dedicated and very respectful of our home and time. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest contractor. They also have a maintenance plan that takes the work out of remembering to service your HVAC system. Dave and his team are top notch.

Installed a mini split with these guys a couple years ago. Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have. Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be. I would highly recommend this company for any size job you have because they wont let you down.

We highly recommend Bay Heating for their professionally, speed of delivery, and price point. My wife and I recently purchased a house that had a furnace previously serviced by Bay Heating and decided to have AC installed this year. We contacted Bay Heating and several other local companies and we were impressed by the customer service, price point, and quality of the Bay quote and subsequent installation. Dave oversaw the entire process, including helping with many minor aspects along the way. We highly recommend Bay and plan to continue with them for any future needs!

I have no affiliation with Bay Heating, they were just one of three local contractors I had come out to price my furnace replacement. I started going down the road with the lowest cost company (all three bids were within $300 of each other on comparable models) then started getting answers to questions before the install that didn't make me comfortable.
I later chose Bay Heating and was very happy with that decision. They installed a unit that ended up having a problem not of their control, instead of trying to band-aid the issue they addressed the problem properly at their expense without any begging from me. They simply said this is wrong and we want you to be happy. This is a great local contractor; everyone I dealt with was very professional.

Dave at Bay Heating was amazing. We received another bid and it was overpriced on an average furnace and air conditioner. We got a top of the line furnace and air conditioner at an outstanding price. I would highly recommend using Bay Heating. Dave provided excellent customer service and even came and installed it while we were on vacation. Then took the time to come back and go through the model we purchased. Awesome!
