Called for service and they showed up next morning. Appt was for 7am and they got there at 6:50. I let him in early and explained my issue. He said he is 95% sure what is wrong and it's an easy fix. He came in and even went back to his truck for his shoe covers even though I said he doesn't need to wear them. I showed him my furnace and he explained the issue.
He fixed it and even cleaned a drain reservoir that is known to get plugged. He said it looks like it never has been cleaned. My furnace is now quiet and runs great. He left and my bill was way cheaper then I expected to pay and I wasn't even late for work. I've used them at my other two homes I've owned and will continue to use them at my current home. Great service, friendly, respected my time, and most importantly fixed my issue,

Noticed early this morning that our furnace was not heating and called Air Tech to have a service man stop over. They arrived in about an hour, and resolved the issue by replacing a few connectors. Very professional, however, I negated to get his name so I can't give him his proper credit for doing a great job. Service: Heating system repair

Responded to my request very quickly and timely for a bathroom fan install and dryer vent relocation. Estimator was here the next day and a quote followed promptly. Tech arrived on time and did an excellent job. Mentioned multiple times "if this was my house" which I greatly appreciate. Will definitely use these guys for all my HVAC needs. Thank you!

Our on-demand water heater went down and the original installer was no longer servicing them so we called Air Tech. Even though our unit was not the typical brand they worked on, Matt would not give up until he discovered the cause of the problem. A temporary repair was made until they could discuss the warranty and replacement with the manufacturer, and they did all of the busy-work to take care of the warranty work (again, this was NOT their original install). Matt, the technician, as well as all that I interacted with on the phone, were very friendly and professional. Appointments were on time. Matt's vehicle was well-organized and he had all of the tools needed to do the work without having to run back to the shop, and when he left the area was cleaner than when he arrived.
Though we were disappointed that we had problems with a relatively new unit, there is nothing that Air Tech could have done to help make lemonade out of the lemon. Billing was efficient, flexible (in terms of payment methods), and on-par for the services given.

I called previously to get my yearly maintenance scheduled. After three days the furnace stopped working. i called Air Tech and told them the problem. A service technician, Tommy came within 15 minutes. He said my blower unit was shot and needed replacement. He got a unit out of the truck and within a half hour, it was fixed. He also did the items that would have been done during my yearly maintenance and told me to call and cancel the appointment that I had made. He is a great asset to this company and the reason I will recommend them to others.

We have used Air Tech for our heating and A/C needs for many years in several different houses and will continue to us Air Tech in the future and recommend them to others. Service technicians are very professional and knowledgeable about the services they perform. Office staff is very friendly and calls us to renew service contract we have had for several years. Furnace and April Air filters we require are always in stock in stock at their office.

I am so happy with the work and the installers. They were here when they said, promptly got working on taking out my 36 year old furnace, all of them were kind and courteous as well. Once the new furnace was installed they showed me how to operate my new thermostat and how the furnace itself worked. I am very pleased with how it is heating my house. I would recommend them to anyone

Our technician Tommy Thorn was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was on time and went right to work and then cleaned up the area around the furnace He then explained their service plan which we signed up for.
