The company has technicians that are knowledgeable on what they have to do and have one of the best pricing in the field. I trust the company so much that I left the door unlocked so the tech could've done his job as my wife and I were at work. I even signed a preventative maintenance contract of how well there technicians work and are customer friendly oriented. I recommend them and you won't regret it.

Dan was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was very informative about plumbing issues and maintenance. I felt very comfortable with him and he made me feel like I was a person, not just another job. I give Summers 5 Stars for 5 service. I will be calling them for all my plumbing and Hvac needs. Since purchasing our furnace and new air units last March all of the Summer's employees have been very professional in all areas. They take their time explaining things making sure we understand and when they leave you cannot even tell they were there. Conner today for regular maintenance shared all that he would be checking and showing me how to change the humidifier filter on detail. Calling about appointments is very easy and they are very accomadating. Purchasing was less stressful with Summers also.

Others came in with crazy high estimates while Summers came in with different options along with buy a furnace unit get an air unit half price (maybe a special at the time). The guy explaining it all told us which option would be best on our house and why and saved us at least $7,000. When a competitor called to see why we didn't go with them I said they were too expensive. He said they had other options and I asked why he didn't go over them. We are very pleased with Summers.

We called Summers at the last minute this morning, to see if they could send someone out to our home to replace a faucet that was very leaky. They were able to schedule a technician to come out in a couple of hours to do the work. The technician, Perry arrived on time and ready to work. We showed him to the laundry sink that needed the faucet repaired and he got right to work. Perry's work was outstanding and thorough.

He was extremely professional great to work with and went through everything that he did to replace our Fossett. We also had him give us an estimate for a couple of other plumbing needs that we wanted to get done in the near future. The quotes he provided were very detailed and easy to understand and he explained everything that would need to be done for those items. We will be scheduling Summer to come out again for plumbing needs. Excellent service from the initial phone call to Perry's work!

Dan H is a five star all around. He was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and efficient in all aspects of his job. Charlie came out in good spirits! He was very informative of the diagnostic. He delivered the less than exciting news with the appropriate level of empathy and compassion. He arrived when the office was closed but he promptly called in the next day to let them know to reach out to schedule my follow up appointment. Summers has very friendly staff.

The service man came out and he was on time and very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend these guys. They are honest and have integrity. He guided me to the right person on a staff that could do the job for correctly. He also advise me on some of the piping which was very helpful. He is doing research on a part needed that needs to be swapped out to further diagnose issues.

Outstanding. Responded quickly on a Sunday night. Scheduled for arrival early Monday morning. Called with a accurate ETA. Very reliable and punctual. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient as well. He took his time explaining everything. diagnosed and replaced the A.C part quickly. And stayed to make sure everything was functioning perfectly. I've used many AC/heating services in the past but will now permanently switch to these guys

Summers was super responsive after our AC went down in the middle of the night. Mike showed up early in the morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the solution and took care of the issue within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend for HVAC needs.

Summers did a great job at my home. Mike and Eddie showed up ready to work wearing masks and booties to protect me and my home. The condenser unit was operating louder than normal so I called. Frank responded quickly and had me scheduled for a visit within 48hrs. The guys did a thorough inspection on my furnace and condenser unit. The estimate was clearly explained and wrote out. Will definitely recommend Summers to friends and neighbors. Mike showed up right on time, wore a mask and did a great job! He was very thorough, took his time showing me video camera images of the furnace and explained all the options. No attempts to upsell anything, just an honest evaluation of what needs to be done. I highly recommend Summers Heating and Air Conditioning, as they will exceed your expectations. This winter has been harsh and the house has been feeling colder than usual. I called Summers to have them take a look. After investigating, they rerouted an old duct to increase efficiency. I am very pleased to have a warm house! They did a great job and completed the project in a timely manner!

While the technician was knowable, I really didn't like the upsell that this company along with many other companies do. Instead of telling someone what they really need, they push to buy items you don't need at this time. While I only needed one item on my furnace replaced, I was pushed into considering replacing my 14 year old furnace when it didn't need to be replaced and pushed their whole house inspection plans (which I never asked for or wanted). Instead of upselling, how about trying to gain a customer for the long term. In the end they didn't get my service and I called another company to repair my furnace

Would definitely recommend and use Summers again for my future plumbing / HVAC needs. Dave (the manager) came by to give me a free estimate and I appreciated his insights and quick thinking. Dave was able to provide me with different possible options/solutions. His technician, John, came to take care of all my issues and followed the COVID protocols (wearing a mask, shoe covers etc.) Dave also followed up with me to check on the performed work and overall, I'm very satisfied with them! They've done 2 jobs for me and I will surely turn to Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for my future plumbing/HVAC needs!
