Faircon Service Company is a complete-service commercial heating and air conditioning mechanical services supplier specializing in industrial and commercial buildings. Co-owners Steve Holmer and Paul Schoenecker are personally involved in all projects. We're the ones making the promises, says Steve. He and Paul have more than fifty years of combined knowledge within the industry, and employ 10 full-time technicians who are members of Pipefitters Local 455 St. Paul, Pipefitters Local 539 serving Minneapolis, St. Cloud and Western Minnesota, and Sheet Metal Workers' Local 10. Faircon supplies 24hr emergency service.

These are still some tough times we are living in. Our Commercial Hvac and a cooler went down. I called 10 different companies around the twin cities and all said the exact same thing "Sorry we are not taking on new customers". Faircon is the ONLY company that did NOT say that. Regardless of the work. They made it possible and took care of us and got us back up and operating! Thank you Faircon for helping another small business keep going why others turn us away!
