Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

Excellent service. My technician (Matt S.) was polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. He prepared me for the worst-case scenario in terms of cost, but the final work actually came in at less than the low end of the estimate. Very pleased and would highly recommend Aabbott Ferraro for repairs of a mini-split Fujitsu A/C system like ours.

We have had this company put in 4 of the AC/Heat units in our house spring 2017 but need some additional work corrected and completed We Cannot reach anyone from this company. Was told the business just closed one day and hasn't re-opened as of this date and no one returns phone calls, emails, messages or fb notes!

I was actually recommended to Aabbott Ferraro by one of their competitors which I think speaks very highly of AABBOTT Ferraro. Not only did Tim fix a situation with a rare fireplace unit but he allowed me to show him my furnace also without having booked it. He then fixed my furnace which hadn't worked right in years. Price was fabulous and he couldn't have been nicer. So happy I found this company and Tim!

I am very happy with the solution Nick from Abbott Ferraro came up with. We needed to heat and cool our second story and it was not feasible to extend our current HVAC system up there. We went with a Fujitsu Mini-Split system. It is very impressive and keeps the whole space comfortable. I could not be happier! His team did a great job and they were very respectful of my property. Highly recommended!

Aabbott Ferraro did a great job on the HVAC needs for our basement finish project. Nick was both knowledgeable and professional, and his crew got the job done in a timely manner. Nick's personal customer service was beyond our expectations, and I would feel confident about using Aabbott Ferraro for any future needs.

Aabbott Ferraro just installed a new furnace in our Saint Paul home. We received several estimates prior to choosing Aabbott Ferraro based on Nick's complete, professional, and economical evaluation and estimate. The installation was efficient, professional, and pleasant. Our new furnace was installed and running in under a day. Nick returned to check the work and answer any questions. They have a very good guarantee on their work and equipment. We highly recommend this company.

I had Abbott Ferraro out to my house to take a look at our AC which had stopped working. The technicians quickly assessed the problem as a broken motor and gave me a quote to fix that problem. They also suggested that maybe it was time for a new furnace. Knowing that my existing furnace was some 30 years old and nowhere near the efficiency of a modern furnace, I decided to go that route.
I have had other projects, repairs and replacements done by AF and in all of my dealings with their company, I have always found them to be absolute straight shooters and trustworthy. They are obviously concerned with their clients satisfaction and I have always found them to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Aabbott Ferraro have always done an awesome job servicing our furnace and A/C. We had them install a new Trane last fall, and they had a competitive price and their install crew was awesome. Tim is our service guy, and he is always on time, tells me what he's doing and why, and is a pleasure to work with.

Phil and Nick from Aabbott Ferraro are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am on the board of a 257 unit condo and they have done a ton of work for our residents including my own unit and every time all I hear is that they were awesome. Emails and phone calls are replied to swiftly, they are courteous and know what they are doing.
I personally had my heat pump replaced as well as the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort system installed (remote web/mobile access to thermostat, water leakage/temp/humidity monitoring) and both times it was an easy process. Highly recommended.

My furnace stopped working and I called Aabbott Ferraro. I called after eight in the morning and made an appointment for someone to come out to the house at 10:30. The service technician was prompt (and also called before he arrived), polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I really liked the fact that the company and its employees seemed very professional.
This was my first experience dealing with a broken furnace and I'm glad that I called Aabbott Ferraro. The only reason that I didn't give five stars is because I felt the price was a little high. But, for the service they provide maybe it's worth it.

Gary Dwallibee came to my home on February 28, 2012 to diagnose my washing machine. He determined the problem to be the pump and proceeded to take twenty minutes to open the washing machine door--charge: $89.95. Gary called later that day to inform me the estimate to repair my washing machine was almost $300. This did not include the $89.95 I had already paid.
He told me he would call to schedule service when the part came in. Thinking this estimate to be a wee bit high, I began to call around. I found a reputable repair shop that completed the repair for less than $150. I called Aabbott Ferraro to indicate that I had the problem solved--service no longer needed. The woman that took my call was very friendly. However, less than an hour later, Gary Dwallible called me, and he was fuming. Indignantly, Gary lectured me on cost of doing business, restocking fees and commitments.
I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused, and explained that I was not in a in a financial position to absorb a more than $200 overcharge. I indicated to Gary that the $89.95 I had already paid, for what should have a 5 minute visit, should more than cover any expenses incurred. In a huff, Gary demanded that I never call Aabbott Ferraro again. I am not sure if he thought this was ever a real possibility, or he was just venting at a former customer.
