After purchasing my new home East Coast replaced the old hot water heat with forced air and all new custom duct work as well as central AC. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. Extremely poor attitude. Called Kevin a number of times with no call back. Finally he Came to our house and said he would get our contractor a proposal. Called a week later and said he hadn't gotten to it yet because he went skiing. When I asked about the unit to be used he told me that he wouldn't deal with me and hung up. I called back and told him we will find another dealer.

Kevin, Sandy and the team were responsive, professional, and efficient. I needed two new A/C units replaced in the height of the summer heat, and in spite of the supply chain issues related to COVID, the team came through quickly. Later, when I thought I had a problem (I didn't), Kevin came out that day. As a new homeowner in the area, I went through two other HVAC companies before my trusted contractor pointed me to East Coast Heating and A/C. I'm glad he did.

So glad I worked with Kevin! I had gotten multiple estimates and AC system designs as my system was complex. Kevin worked through all the ideas and helped me land on the best possible option. He provided flexibility but also expert advice. His price was less than the larger shops and I got the same equipment with better customization. He also brought a great crew. Great experience all the way around.

We lost 3 AC units when a tree fell on them. The installation was complicated by the tree removal and damage to a wall so there was a lot of coordination. Not only did Kevin give us the best price, he completed the work earlier than anticipated. We are very happy with the services performed and would highly recommend their services.

East Coast recently did a full house AC installation for me. They were amazing. From the very first, they treated me courteously and professionally. They showed up on time, kept the house clean and did their job fast. The system they put into my home is fantastic. It's so quiet and cool. I can't recommend them enough. Call Sandy, she handles all the appointments. Kevin, the owner, will come out to supervise the installation. I can't recommend their entire team highly enough!
