Our AC stopped working and with the heat we have been having we really needed it repaired. We called this morning and Tony came out this afternoon, diagnosed the issue and repaired our system. He was professional and thorough and we would definitely recommend MJ Emonds. Service: A/C system repair

We had Emonds install our A/C system back in 2020 when we were not living at our house full time and were not present during installation. FIRST MISTAKE not only was the trunk system in the basement not installed where discussed (air handler was hanging down directly where we enter the house), but after the initial attempt at using the system, the 1st floor never got to below 80 degrees.

The mini splits on the 2nd floor were not on at the time but appear to work fine albeit not in the optimum space within the rooms. after consulting with several other Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors, the installed condenser (in the wrong location as discussed) is undersized thus the current challenge. Also, the balancing of Returns and Supplies throughout the 1st floor is not installed properly with both missing additional vents. in a nutshell, I would not recommend this company for AC installation and if they are contracted, make sure someone is present at all times they are in your house

Class act at M. J. Emonds. May be more expensive than others but their staff know their business. Last technician diagnosed our issue in 10 minutes. Top shelf employees with top shelf parts. They do it right and do it right the first time. Check them out.

My cooling system fell short to the recent 100 degree days. I called and spoke to office staff who informed me that they will have some out to my home. We have been dealing with MJ Emonds for our hearing and cooling system. They are always responsive and spent multiple times here last year working on our High efficiency boiler to alleviate a problem which was covered under their annual plan. Edmonds has always been reliable. Their techs are neat, knowledgeable and efficient. Jason has been here before and always does a good job. This last visit he simply explained the way the duct work of the A/C works so I can better manage the varying temps upstairs and down.

I scheduled my annual air conditioning maintenance, and was pleasantly surprised when the technician called me and said he was running early and could he come over sooner. After the service, he indicated that he found that the ductwork had come off the unit, and he was able to fix it for me at no cost. I was pleased with my experience and would recommend M J Emonds.
