Olson Heating & Air Conditioning Service

We heard about Olson Appliance from a neighbor, and contacted them and made an appointment with Bruce. We greatly appreciated working with him. He called to let us know when he would be here; was on time; quickly determined the problem with our dryer, and fixed it in good time. He suggested things we can do to help it run efficiently, and gave us some great recommendations for appliances we are considering purchasing in the near future. We'll definitely use Olson Appliance in the future, and highly recommend them!

Our Wolf oven stopped working out of the blue so we called Olson Appliance in Provo, UT to help us out. They came out quickly and analyzed the problem and fixed our oven the same day. Bruce and his grandson Aton were very nice and clearly knew what they were doing. They communicated clearly and helped us understand the problem. They were clean and efficient. I'd use them again.

We purchased a new furnace and AC unit. From beginning to end this was a great experience. We had received two other bids, but Olson's bid was easier to understand and didn't include a lot of upselling. We have used their service for many years, so it made sense to buy from the man we trusted and we knew did great work. They did a great job.

For many years I have used Olson Appliance Heating and Cooling to service and repair my dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Every time I have been very satisfied with the technician - courteous, knowledgeable, clean, prompt, and thorough. They have given me great practical recommendations for keeping my appliances optimally working. Recently I had them service my leaking refrigerator - problem solved without needing to purchase a new one.

We have been using Olson Appliance for several years. We trust them completely. They have been honest and very helpful. We just got a new furnace from Olson Appliance and love it! Its quiet and gives out a more steady heat. Olson Appliance has also helped us with our washer and dryer and our dishwasher. Every time Bruce comes he is willing to spend time teaching us how to make our appliances last longer and produce more efficiently.

Olson's took a negative experience and made it awesome! The initial visit didn't fix all the Freon leaks on our central air conditioner, so Bruce came back on a Saturday (when the business was closed!) and found and repaired two other leaks. The diagnosing and repairs took several hours to complete, all of which was done for free, because it was covered under Olson's warranty. Great job!
