I had a great experience with Nehemiah as our technician. He was thorough, clear, professional and friendly! We started our membership today so, we won't have to worry in the winter when it's time for the furnace tune up. Very convenient and I saved $45! Thanks for the good job Nehemiah! Western Heating has always been great to work with. We've have used them for many years. All their technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. Today Ty Espinoza came and he did a great job. He informed us everything we needed to know about our AC. He was very polite, on time and knowledgeable about his job. Service: A/C system maintenance

Tyler arrived on time (I received a text with his name and picture about an hour before his arrival) Tyler was professional and courteous. His appearance was clean and in uniform. Tyler presented an analysis of my HVAC system and noted a couple of cautions. He also is going to come back when it's warmer to check the refrigerant level (this next appointment was scheduled within an hour by call back from the office). All in all, I would definitely recommend Western Heating and Air.

Jason, Kyle, and Keaton were wonderful to work with. They installed two new furnaces, a new AC unit and a mini-split plus redid some duct work, etc. They got the job done quickly, responded to our calls quickly and did quality work. WE LOVE WESTERN HEATING AND AIR! We had a tune-up/inspection that was performed by Tyler B and we decided it was time to get a new A/C unit. Clint Nelson came a few days later to help us select the right A/C unit for our home - he was a great resource. Finally, Kevin and Keaton came and installed the new unit. There were some issues, but Kevin would not quit until he figured out what was going on.

Kyle and Hunter did a great job on the install of our furnace and AC until. They were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Sharee was the sales rep we worked with. She was also very responsive to our many questions and always kind and courteous. I appreciate that she didn't push the sale on us but was honest with time-frames and costs. We were especially pleased that we were not charged additionally for having our furnace in a weird crawl space area.

I've used Western a couple of times. I wasn't ready to spend the $ to replace my struggling furnace and got no push from them. They were just happy to lay out all my options and help tune up my system to last as long as possible. When our system died they got out the same day and spent hrs trying to get it working before offering a new unit. Then they honored their original quote. More so it's stood out to me that each serviceman that has ever come has been so personable and professional. -Impressed enough to jump on and leave a review.

Arron Martin was the service Technician that came to our House. He was very thorough, and very detailed about service information, and everything that he would be doing. He had a great knowledge of the Furnace's he was working on /providing service on. He was very professional, and he had great people skills. He provided great feedback and he did a great job at troubleshooting. He made everything easy to understand. He provided Fantastic service. Aaron Martin provided service Excellence.

Kevin and Phillip installed a air scrubber for our home. They were very polite and helpful. They installed our air scrubber and shared information so we knew what to expect and how to car for our new equipment. They were very professional and wanted to make sure we received excellent service. They were here on time and installed our equipment. They cleaned up afterwards and wanted to know if we needed anything else done. They were great to work with and very professional in all they did. They were great ambassadors for Western heating and air.

It has always been an absolute pleasure to work with Western Heating and Air. Every technician that has come to our home has been knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. They take the time to educate you on your systems and make sure you understand the reasons for repairs. We have a second property we are away from frequently, and they have been vital in helping us with issues there. It gives me great peace of mind to know we have a relationship with such a great company consisting of such great individuals!
