They were super friendly and informative. None of the gate keeping or "I will have to send a guy out there before providing a price" drama. I called them Friday night (5pm) explaining what needed to be done (size of the unit, what we found wrong, etc), they gave me a proposal within 30 minutes (price was lower than the other two bids I had earlier that day), and they showed up at 10am THE NEXT DAY.

My air stopped working and the house was getting hot around 5:30pm. I called Instant air company and spoke with Dallas. He was professional and had Richard at my home in 30 mins. Richard diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and also explained the issue to us and answered all questions. My air is working and my house is cool. Thank you Richard! I had a good experience with Instant air. I purchased a new air conditioner and heater. Everyone in the office were pleasant and helpful they got me scheduled right away. Richard and Joel were professional and friendly. On July 9 our A/C blew in the main house. We had two different companies come out to give us quotes. I will not mention their names because I did not move out here to make enemies. The first guy said that the whole system needed to be replaced, as the house was 20 years old. He wanted $15,000. After I balked at the price, he called his "boss" and got the price lowered to $11,000!
Pretty hefty discount, huh? The second guy said the same thing, but he only wanted $12,000. Being patient and prudent, I called Instant Air, on the recommendation of our HOA. Mario came out on July 11. Within an hour, he had diagnosed the problem and told me that only a couple of parts needed to be replaced. The total cost, parts and labor, came out to less than $1100.
I couldn't believe the extent to what the first two guys were willing to go, to scam my 92-year-old parents. I have noticed that there is a lot of that here in Vegas. Shameful. I highly recommend Instant Air, simply because of their honesty. Mario knew what the first two guys had quoted me, and he could have easily taken advantage. But he didn't. Our front A/C quit on Tuesday night. I called Instant Air at 7:am Wednesday to make an appointment. The girl said they would have someone there between 8:am and 10: am THAT DAY! The tech showed up at around 9:15 and my A/C was up and running before 10:am! He even checked out our other A/C while he was there and only charged us the original diagnostic fee! Highly reccomend them!

My NEW ac was used basically 7 times and totally died. They did send a repair man who changed his mind on what was wrong a bunch of times. They should have replaced the ac. After 6 hours, they finally got the ac working. I hope it lasts. I was promised an email invoice showing what they did. Never got it. Called today and they refused to send one. They say that they are new management that the other management were bad. I think they are wrong.

I had a $13000.00 system upgrade with this company to include additional ductwork to include my garage conversion. This included a larger AC unit and new ductwork. Since then I have had this company out more than three times, showing them that there is little to no airflow in the garage conversion. The project manager has told me more than once that he would look into it and get back to me.
But always just ignores my calls and or text. The last time I gave him an extra week before contacting him again. Now it's been 3 more days. With no contact. Small claims here I come

After getting a shocking estimate from Vegas strong AC for 4300! I contacted Instant Air. He showed up right on time at 10 am with a 10 to 12 window. Serviced AC for fair price and AC runs great. I love the honesty, low prices, and punctuality this company offers. The maintenance plan they offer is a no brainer! They discounted it for me from $150 to $135 with a military discount which includes a summer and winter tune up. I wish I would of found out about them before I bought my new unit from one of those companies that's ALWAYS on the radio.
I realized how much I overpaid for my unit once I asked them how much it would of costed through them. I'm willing to bet, they could beat almost all quotes on a new unit. They have all my future business.

If I can give them a zero star rating I would. This past winter they came out to fix my downstairs heater by replacing and rewiring the motherboard and it ended up costing +$1,000 to fix. They also took a look at our ac unit for the yearly preventative maintenance we paid for as well. Once it started to get warm out we switched our ac units on and our up starts ac unit wasn't working at all.
We called them back to check out what was going on and they said that the ac units we have are no longer made and the parts are no longer made as well and that we need to get them replaced. It felt odd that instead of problem solving what was wrong they just assumed that it was our 10 year old ac units. He ended going in our attic to check the wiring (the motherboard) and he made a comment that who ever was last up there rewiring it did a messed up job and had all the wires switched around and two wires weren't even wired up.
We then told him that his company was the last one to come out and service our heater and ac unit. He then called his boss, told us that our fees were waved for this visit (which they wanted to charge us +$200 for replacing our thermostat) and that his boss would be contacting us back the next day and have someone come out to fix it. 2 weeks later and we never got a call from him, no one came out, and had another company fix our ac within 10 minutes to fix the wiring.
We felt that they deliberately messed up the wiring to try and up charge us. They tried to get us to pay for things to "fix" that didn't need to be fix and now our ac and heating both work by just simply fixing our wiring system.

My parents have had Instant Air for at least the past ten years. They have a yearly contract where the team comes out to inspect their air conditioning and the heating. It has been wonderful knowing someone was keeping an eye out on the big items and insuring they are operating and advising if any maintenance issues are of concern. Recently, they offered a water heater flushing with the yearly contract too.
We opted for that and they came out to flush the water heater. They notify you when they are enroute, when they arrived they set to work and emptied the water heater. We discussed the age of the equipment, possible concerns and agreed we were good for now. When we went out the next morning we noted that there was water dripping from the external copper elbow pipe low to the ground, that is from the pressure relief valve for the water heater.
I knew that it might just need a light "tap", but I could not locate the lever on the side, as I had expected it to be located, on this water heater. Knowing this is a safety concern, I called Instant Air, Kelsey immediately notified personnel and they were dispatched to the home. Upon arriving, the two gentlemen noted the dripping, went to the water heater and the valve is located on the top of this water heater.
He opened it and water gushed out of the copper pipe. After he closed it, we discussed that sometimes after a flush this can happen, due to debris and such. We waited a bit and all seems fine. I love that this company has always been so responsive, always helpful, knowledgeable and caring. No matter the team member that arrives, these guys are always super nice.
The two emergency times they responded so quickly, it left me feeling most thankful. I know that if you maintenance and take care of your equipment you can get more years out of it, this company does just that. Should you ever need something done, give them a try. You are in good hands.

Joe with Instant Air happened to be parked infront of my home when I was struggling with the wires from removing my subwoofer from truck. I wasn't familiar with exposed wires and just randomly approached and asked him a few questions about it. He kindly suggested I use electrical tape, then returned with cap offs when I couldnt find tape. I also had cap offs so I didn't need his, but just the fact that in a busy day he still made time to find a way to help someone out. I will not forget Joe or Instant Air. Truly a reflection of who they hire and how they go out of their way to make a difference.

I called to have a tech. come to my house to possibly add another A/C unit. They said they would be there from 12-2. I took off work to be there no one showed up or even called. I calld there office at 2:45 the lady said she would have Oscar call me right back after 25 more minutes I called and told the to forget it. Horrible customer service.

Our upstairs A/C unit went out (yay in April, not in July!) and Instant Air came over to take a look this morning. Scott was professional, polite, and worked very efficiently. We were hoping it was just the capacitor and indeed it was. He had our unit working again in about 15 minutes! Oscar gave us a very good price for the replacement part and service, and we will certainly call them again for all of our HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

The fan on my unit was working but it was not cooling my upstairs at all. The temperature upstairs was 85 degrees. I called Instant Air and they were able to get a technician out to my house same day. Within thirty minutes my unit was fixed and my house was cooling off. They had excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. They saved my husband from another night with an overheated grumpy wife!

We are new in the area and needed a new A/C and heating system for our home. I noticed the A/C business in the Las Vegas area is very crowded with loads of contractors to choose and I didn't know who to pick. Good thing I have a trust worthy roofing company who recommended INSTANT AIR. From start to finish, Instant Air's owner Oscar and his crew did a professional job.
I am not a easy customer and I had many questions about which brand to choose and what do I get out of a new replacement unit. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I always believe that you get what you paid for. In this case, I got quality work by Instant Air. I didn't write this review until more than a month have past since the installation was completed.
The recommended unit is as energy efficient as I was told. We already noticed our electric bill is already $30 less a month compared to the older unit. One more important matter, the crew members not only are professional and technically knowledgeable, they are friendly. They did a good job cleaning up after the job.
