They were quick, got someone here in about an hour. He was able to check warranty for me and luckily I got a warranty trade off, so only had to pay for labor and the new piping they had to do. I have used Elite in all three homes I have owned over the last ten years. The found an issue in our heater one time that prevented our home from catching on fire and I have used them ever since. So to make a long story short, our water heater was leaking. Luckily we caught it early enough where it only flooded half of our garage and we were able to shut off the water supply. After a lot of phone calls, Elite Plumbing came to our rescue the next day. Jesus was the technician and he was awesome. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He determined that our water heated could not be repaired and needed to be completely replaced.

Our house was built in 2005 and he determined that the water heater most likely has never been replaced just by looking at the extent of the rust that had accumulated. Luckily, he had a brand new one in his van that was the same size as ours. He informed me about everything he was doing and how much longer everything would be. The whole process took about two hours. Easy peasy! Thanks Jesus for making this stressful situation less excruciating. I'd definitely recommend Elite Plumbing!

Mike was awesome he connected my water line to new fridge from Lowes that delivery guys from Lowes refused to do today. It was done in 10 minutes, so very kind very professional. Thank you Mike. Most importantly I have to say Thank You to Vince that showed so much compassion for our situation when our AC went out, he guided me through each step, his words were honest and comfortable, he made me feel safe, being a senior is hard to trust. Every single time I call Elite I am more and more impressed. The office staff and the technicians are excellent. We have replaced multiple hvac systems and have had various repairs made on our properties and they have always done a great job. We are so grateful to Elite for their responsiveness.

Unlike other company reps Jay actually got on my roof with a measuring tape and clip board to pull measurements and take notes. He then walked the interior of my home explaining how everything would fall into place and function. I had three estimates and Elite was the least expensive with the lowest interest payment. I highly recommend Elite.

Great company, Awesome service. The Crew was very professional & friendly. They did a great job installing 2 20 seers split systems, definitely best move ever!
