Armstrong Air and Heating is an absolutely wonderful company to work with. Our air conditioning had gone out in 96 degree weather. The blower was not working. We called them and had a phenomenal expert sent to us within 2 hours! Alex showed up right on time and had it fixed in an hour and a half! He even checked on us 2 hours after he left to make sure it was working well. The bottom line is this company is PROFESSIONAL and ALEX IS THE BEST! If you have any heating or cooling issues call Armstrong Air and Heating!

Tom has given me one of the best price for a new AC among 4 other companies in the area I had reached out to. And he got the system installed within 48h! Armstrong Air was excellent in finding out what I needed, coming out in the evening on time. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Our technician Giovanni was great and professional! He explained the process of the A/C Service while offering suggestions to help the unit run more efficiently. Found them on the Nextdoor App with excellent reviews would definitely recommend and use again! Top Notch!

We had a service call from Ryan from Armstrong when our AC stopped working. He fixed the issue quickly and he was very helpful! We had 2 units with issues. One needed repair and one needed replacing. Devon came out and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when walking me through everything. The following day Tom followed up with a fair and honest quote to replace my other unit. Within several more days Samuel and Javier came and did an excellent install. They both went the extra mile, explained everything in detail, and put the right finishing touches on everything. It goes without saying that my experience with Armstrong Air was exceptional. Good job team!

Our air-conditioning unit broke down on a Thursday night. On Friday by 11 AM I had already shopped around/called 10 different places. When I came across Tom Hyatt at Armstrong, we got what we were looking for. We got the brand that we want it (Carrier)we got the professionalism, the responsiveness, and the perfect timeline. Next Monday the installers were on time as Tom had scheduled it. Tom also took the time to register the unit for the warranty.
Amazing service which is hard to get nowadays. I'm a very meticulous consumer, believe me when I tell you Armstrong Air is where you have to go to for your air/heating needs. I did the homework for y'all

Exceeded expectations. After receiving quotes from 4 different vendors, I selected Armstrong Air to install new AC/heating/thermostat based on their competitive pricing, professional presentation & fully answering all my questions. Everyone from sales rep Todd to the installers Sam & Javier were punctual, friendly & polite, and cleaned up after installation. Sales rep Todd called the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend!

For months I contemplated the idea of calling an A/C company, I decided to go with Armstrong. For months many companies came and went out the door, all come to give you presentations and sugar coat stuff even though I was always asking for a specific product. I emailed these guys ONCE and Tom Hyatt their sales director emailed me back, not only did he respond quickly, he gave me a price immediately for what I was asking.
These guys cut the BS, they just give you on time responses and tell you upfront what can or cannot be done. Their prices are fair and their installers are fantastic. They came and installed the unit less than a week after Tom came here and we gave the go ahead. Great people there and they're local in Winter Garden. Recommended them to a family member and same thing, zero BS and they are getting their unit installed quickly. Certainly one of the best companies that I have dealt with in a long time and definitely the best HVAC company in town.

From the moment Tom walked in, it has been nothing but absolutely amazing. I wished all projects went this well! He gave great recommendations, never pushed for any updates or unnecessary work. He was knowledgeable and took the time to assess our needs in the home. His techs were absolutely amazing, quick, friendly and everything came out great. Hands down recommend to anyone.

Armstrong A/C & Heating replaced my handler and compressor. They offered the most competitive price out of several quotes we got. They are one of Carrier's approved dealers and had a great track record before we decided to hire them. They arrived on time and installed the equipment in about 5 hours. The process was very smooth from start to finish. Appreciate the help from Tom from start to finish and the professionalism shown by the installers. Definitely recommend.
