We have been Bremac customers for several years and have always been very satisfied. Our heat pump went down and Ross came out and performed diagnostics and had no good news on our 16 year old unit. Ross was thorough and very professional. He took all info and Ron in sales called the next day and we discussed options. He was also very helpful, knowledgable and professional.
Within 10 days the new system was being installed. Ron even offered loaner window units due to the heat. Nathan and Hayden did the install over 2 days. They were very professional and did a very good job explaining the new system. They cleaned everything up and the only way you new they were is we had a new system. The Bremac team did an awesome job.

Bremac is excellent! We've had a few AC issues this summer and had two other companies out to look at the system. It wasn't until Ross with Bremac that we actually learned what the problem was, and the solution. We called after business hours and Ross showed up within an hour! Excellent service, quick resolution and learned a lot about the HVAC of our home that we just purchased.

It seems like a strange thing to say, but this was the most fantastic experience I've ever had with a plumbing/HVAC service. Everyone we spoke with at the office when scheduling was extremely responsive; and the gentleman who came out to assess and then later replace the water heater was phenomenal. Great attitude, friendly, professional, and a kickin' sense of humor!
We will always ask for Randy Mathews from now on. He had to take extra time due to the "unusual" positioning of our existing water heater but he got it done and with excellent quality. Thanks Bremac - and Go Randy! 11/10 recommend :

Service was on time and very efficient! Had a clog in the galvanized drainpipe that was cleared quickly. Randy Matthews, the plumbing tech evaluated our drainage system and discussed with us the shortcomings of the old galvanized pipes. After restoring the flow, he advised us of preventive maintenance we should do and consider replacing the pipes in the near future. He was very professional, polite, and candid and his services were greatly appreciated.
