Sheldon and Adam were thorough. They explained their process and taught me about our heating and cooling system and how to maintain it. Plus they were respectful of our floors (wearing booties in the house) and respectful of our heath by wearing masks! 15 on a scale of 1-10. I have been using Weather Crafters for several years now and they are fantastic. I have used several HVAC companies in the past and none have come close to the service and professionalism of Weather Crafters. In addition to regular maintenance they have also been able to resolve heating and AC issues quickly. It is also nice to work with Thom each time.
A lot of companies will send different technicians with varying skill levels. With Weather Crafters Thom is the one that always comes out and he can handle any situation. He's a joy to work with. The front office is also great, they answer the phone, efficiently setup appointments, and follow up with you.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Thom (our technician) and Weather Crafters. We called this morning at 9:45 and the dispatcher was able to get a technician out to us same day. Our window was 11:00-12:00; Thom showed up at 11:05 and had completed the repairs by 11:35. He was kind, professional, and did a great job. Thank you Weather Crafters team!

We are new to the area and purchased a home in Kingsmill. The previous owners used Weather Crafters even though the original HVAC system was installed by a previous owner and HVAC Company. We decided to check around but ended up going with Weather Crafters and Jim (the owner I believe) down to the receptionist on through to Adam our tech who came out for the fall check up were exceptional.
Very courteous and professional. Adam gets extra kudo's as he was not only courteous but very sharp and caught that our outside condenser had some heavy grit and dirt that was causing the unit to underperform. Simple inexpensive fix that probably will save us in the long run from more expensive fixes. Thank you, Adam. He's a keeper! Highly recommend Weather Crafters. You can't go wrong.
