I will definitely be using and referring Bert's as my new heating and cooling company! I was scheduled for a maintenance call within 2 days, other companies had dates 2 weeks out, Kyle came after working in the heat all day to see if he could give me a quick fix (my unit was manufactured in 1989) and did not try to swindle me into buying unnecessary parts like others I have encountered.

I got the quote for a new unit the next morning. I was quoted for half the cost of what other companies were telling me and scheduled for installation before i could even get a maintenance check from other companies. Well, I got everything installed today and have cold air blowing once again. Sorry I cannot recall their names, but the 2 technicians that showed up today were the BEST.

Right away one guy went into the attic while the other was outside, they had things taken out, installed, and cleaned up before I knew it. They were fast, courteous, and professional! These guys are my super heroes!

I was told the maintenance agreement included cleaning and sanitizing the lines but only appeared to clean them. Thankful since just purchased home and gave me piece of mind and guys that came out were great and answered questions. Service: A/C system maintenance

Bert's did a great job repairing the heat system at my sister's house. She had another company tell her that there was no issue with her system, but the problem was fixed by the professionals at Bert's! They were punctual and had it fixed as soon as the part came in. Bert's not only met but exceeded my expectations for the servicing of my heating and ai conditioning units. They checked all lines, thermostats and cleaned AC unit of all leaves and debris. A few weeks ago during the cold snap my heat wouldn't go above 70° I knew there was an issue and needed it fixed quick before more adverse weather arrived. At Bert's the appointment setter called me back quickly She spoke clearly and worked diligently to accommodate my schedule. Representatives from the company called an hour before they arrived to inspect which was considerate and allowed me to get my kids situated.

The workmen were professional in appearance and polite in demeanor. They spoke to my children kindly and made them feel comfortable during the long install process. I was impressed by their agility and flexibility I am amazed they were able to work in such confined spaces. Overall it was a good decision. Bert's is a great family owned small business in Hampton Roads and I highly recommend their services.

Had a problem with my older AC unit. The staff here responded promptly when I called. Had a technician out in a few hours, and had everything fixed and up and running again! I could not be happier with the service we received. We will definitely be calling Berts again in the future!
