I have been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years, starting as an apprentice in 2004 and working my way up to lead installer in under 9 months. I've worked various positions within the HVAC world including the creation and management of a duct-sealing department, sales, and my current position as installation manager.

This is our second time working with All Climate and we couldn't be happier. Thomas and his team did an excellent job installing the AC unit in our home. The whole process was very professional and we were given different options and ideas as to what could be installed based on our house needs. Scheduling the work and inspections went smoothly. We also appreciated the flexibility on their part to come the day prior to the scheduled work to coordinate with us what was going to be done and where since we weren't going to be home during the actual install. Definitely recommend All climate for any heating and AC needs you may have.

They did really impressive work retrofitting our house in only 7 hours for central air conditioning, a new furnace, and new 220 V breaker switch and conduit to power the condenser! Also, we got sick near the scheduled installation date, and they still installed the system with no contact and windows open while we stayed in our office room. Great! From sending my first message to getting AC, it took less than 2 months.

Their competitor Brennan through Costco took 9 months of communication back and forth and had a list of reasons why it was too tight and couldn't be done. All Climate just makes it happen, thank you!

Had a fantastic experience with Thomas and the All Climate installation team with installation of a new air conditioning system and return vent. Thomas came out to my property and did a comprehensive estimate for two differently-sized AC solutions, and even suggested some alternate installation locations. Unfortunately when the install team arrived, they discovered that there was no space in the wall to install the return vent as originally planned - they took an entire morning to investigate with me to figure out alternatives.

We settled on a return vent directly through the floor, through a very tight opening between the floor joists. The install team went above and beyond and worked out a way to get a sizeable 8x20 return vent installed in the second floor to prevent the upstairs from being thermally isolated in the summers. Overall 10/10 experience, given the old house and limitations, I couldn't imagine the process going any smoother. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install air conditioning in their existing forced-air heated home.

Great experience using All Climate, from sales all the way to installation. Thomas inspected our home and made great recommendations with a lot of options for our new A/C unit. The office staff for scheduling the install were prompt in replies, and flexible to work with. And our installation team were on time, professional, masked and walked us through everything they were doing. Very happy that we went with All Climate for our new A/C Unit.

Terrible. The team at All Climate either sold us mis-sized equipment, or did not properly evaluate our existing system before install. Once installed, we were unable to get our house colder than outside ambient temperature. All Climate blamed half a dozen things, and performed blind fixes over the course of 6 or so visits. The end result is, we have had holes cut in our ceiling for additional cold air return, which did nothing to resolve our issues. Now, we are unable to heat our master bedroom in the winter - it's an ice box.

The cold air return has made our kitchen super loud and unpleasant. Their next step was to cut holes in our hardwood bamboo floors, which is where I drew the line. Anthony at All Climate promised that he would come out an install a baffle on that return they installed to help reduce the noise in the kitchen "Whichever way this goes". it's been 6 months and no word from Anthony. Now we get to hire someone else to fix the problems they caused. I would stay far, far away from All Climate.

After they did an excellent job on our heat pump in our condo, I called All Climate Heating & AC to get a quote to replace failing 28 years old heating furnace, Mike quickly arranged Thomas to meet with us. Thomas clearly explained our furnace choices and installation times. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was always available to answer my questions. Installation scheduling, installation, and after installation survey were all done timely and very professionally by Amanda at front office. Installation crew, Alex and his crew, arrived on time.

They were very courteous and cleaned up after installation. The installation was truly professional. All Climate Heating and AC exceed all of our expectations in every step of the process. Excellent value for our money. I could not ask for a better contractor than All Climate Heating and AC. Thank you all who made this possible.

After multiple cancellations, the appointment finally happened and overall was a great experience. Taylor was very friendly and knowledgeable and guided me through the steps he performed and provided a fair assessment of my HVAC system. He did not do any sales pitch which was much appreciated. Will definitely consider for future maintenance too!

We had a complicated problem with our older furnace. All Climate came out quickly to assess the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it. After a series of further complications (the furnace is old) that required them to come back, they communicated swiftly and set up appointments right away to follow up with our concerns. They went out of their way to be sure that we were satisfied -- they made our old furnace good as new.

Their pricing is honest and reasonable. Further, the technicians are professional and have the support and training to manage even the most complicated issues. We highly trust and recommend them! Great techs and customer service!

I had a great experience working with Thomas and his installation crew on our recent installation of a central heat pump air conditioning system for a rental house built in the mid-1960's. I had other bidders but Thomas was by far the most comprehensive, thorough and detailed person I had. He carefully explained to me the various options and while some some of the issued other contractors raised could be solved.

He always answered his phone with my questions and would cheerfully give me the information I needed. We did experience a few miscommunications with the installation crew but Thomas and company quickly and satisfactorily stepped in and fixed it. I would highly recommend All Climate and Thomas and crew. I am a satisfied customer.

We've been customers for about 12 years. On the night of the 29th I returned home after a trip- the furnace wasn't working, everything smelled of burnt insulation and the house was 50F, falling fast. I called the AllClimate 24/7 number, after a long wait I was told I'll be called back within 30 minutes- that didn't happen. I didn't hear from them until the next morning.

I spent the night in a hotel. The day after I called again, after a long wait I was told that they absolutely cannot send anyone until one full week later. Interestingly, I now see one review 12/31 here claiming "New year's eve heating goes out. Nathan responded quickly and was on-site within 20 minutes and fixed the problem" which doesn't really fit the narrative I was given.

I called other providers, one of them showed up within one hour and fixed the problem (blown motor, a pretty odd problem considering we had maintenance from AllClimate every year, on hardware they installed themselves). When I gave AllClimate a courtesy call to cancel the appointment, I expressed my disappointment in courteous terms; the rep was quite rude and basically hung up on me. We still have prepaid maintenance credit, but we are so disappointed that we are thinking of discontinuing our relationship with AllClimate without taking advantage of it.

All climate installed a heat pump for me in January 2022. I got four bids for the project and All Climate was the most professional of all. Their recommendation, unlike some of the other quotes, seemed to be based on what I believe would work best for me, not on what would maximize their short-term revenue. Communication was clear at all stages, the price was fair, the work was done in less than a day, and my system does just what I had hoped it would. I recommend them and will happily use them again.

If you're looking for quality A/C installation professionals to beat the summer heat, I highly recommend All Climate! Thomas Ngo and his crew (Andrew, Ryan, David) were prompt, communicative and reliable- they got the job done in exactly the timeframe they promised they would, cleaned up all the debris and did a fantastic job with both our ductless mini-split system and central A/C.

Even though old houses like ours have complicated wiring systems, they were able to figure out a creative approach to make it work. We'll only be using this company for our HVAC needs going forward!

For months I have been looking for a company that could help me with gas plumbing. We own an old home that had a gas connection to our fireplace, and we wanted someone to come over and check if the connection was safe and install a log lighter. Many companies passed on it, although a small job it was important for us. After calling PSE as the last resource, they recommended us All Climate. Jason from the office was kind and got us on the schedule. Stephon came over and got it all set up.

We are extremely happy with the results. Thank you for taking the time to come over to West Seattle to do the install. We will be enjoying our fireplace right on time for Thanksgiving - thank you thank you.

Just had a service call for our geothermal unit due to a problem. Our technician Troy was extremely helpful & professional & explained everything which caused the malfunction & also gave us a lot more helpful info regarding our unit. From the first call to make the appointment to the end of the service call it was a seamless & stress free process.

We are a small cluster of homes with the same unit so we all like to use the same service company. After today, I will be recommending a switch to All Climate for all our future services. Thank You for the great service!

TLDR: Mistakes were made, but they rectified it. Great company full of Honest people. We called them to clean the ducts on a new apartment we rented. Christian came out as our cleaning tech. and after some consultation he gave me list of a number of things we should do. none of them felt Extra, except for one which I chock up to an honest mistake since the heating unit was older than he was and the rust on the fan looked like dirt based on the camera angle. but I reached in and confirmed it was just rust not dirt.

Christian ended up breaking the igniter on the Heater durring cleanup, but it is so old it could have happened easily probably. He went through clean up of the AC Unit outback, and the ducts. The Intake unit was super hard to get to and the initial cleanup was really not good enough. this gave me pause on his ability at the end of the day. I spoke with his manager Anthony who has been in contact with me several times due to the broken igniter. Anthony really set everything straight, He ended up sending someone over twice (1st time new Igniter was delivered broken, but maybe they should have checked that before coming out ) and 2nd time they are coming next week to fix the igniter. Anthony also send christian back after having the igniter tech double check the quality control.

Today Christian came back and finished the job and made sure I was happy. Everyone has to learn from somewhere, the nice thing was Christian just has a great attitude and was easy to work with. I have to be honest, even though mistakes were made it has been a real pleasure working with this company and I would highly recommend them again. might update after Monday's Igniter install.

If this was in the middle of winter i may have been more upset, but they got my AC working and that mattered a lot more now. Even their Accounts and Billing person was gracious and courteous and nice to speak to. A.

We got maintenance check two weeks ago after that heat pump doesn't work properly so contacted them several times never responded so have to hire another technician said compressor is all messed up so have to pay for new one, really passed up never contact them again!

Update: Installation by All Climate not to code and poorly done. All Climate did not install a required power switch and outlet. The installation was not level and the furnace was actually leaning AWAY from the condensation tubing exit. There was no base can and the filter was panned off, causing compromised air flow. These were all issues noted by the furnace technician as I watched my furnace being removed after only 10 years of gentle use.

After spending thousands of dollars at All Climate, experiencing poor customer service, and really feeling like I had been scammed, based on my experience (and reports from others who had similar experiences with this company) I would strongly recommend avoiding going with this company to purchase, install, and service your next furnace.

From the reception of my call thru to completion of the service they were terrific. very professional, communicative, prompt, capable and. human. I've used them for years to service my furnace (and there was no attitude about missing a, um, year or two!)

We are 10 yr All Climate customers. We just purchased NHB150 tankless boiler. Wayne and Dave did excellent job installing boiler. They were very COVID-19 compliant, which is very important during this surge of the pandemic. My husband and I are over 60. They were courteous and answered all my questions. Our serviceman Troy does exception work on unit maintenance and repair.

He is a wizard at his trade. The salesman Cal who sold us our tankless boiler, demonstrated knowledge of the area earth friendly H/AC systems. He helped match us up with correct boiler. I am impressed with All Climate, and the whole team. Cindy Schumacher

Jaime, the tech sent to address my failed air handler was very knowledgeable and professional. If it wasn't for him this would be a 0-1 star review. They were to replace a blower motor and controller board on one visit for one fee. The wrong part was sent out (possibly not their fault). Anthony insisted I pay the same fee again since he'd have to send out his installer again!

Not nice. He ordered the correct part and agreed to send him back for an $85 estimate visit cost (still not my fault and that was $85 too much). I reluctantly agreed and an appointment was set. This conversation took two weeks to get a call back. Day of, Jaime called and said they didn't have the part?!?! Anthony was to look into it. That was three weeks ago! Crickets.

Frustrated with this company. Our neighbors had their furnace replaced. We saw the work and it looked great so we also scheduled a replacement. Our homes are identical so we didnt think much of it. Boy were we wrong. After completion of our install, our entire wall, floor to ceiling are vents/grates. It is a HUGE eye sore. I reached out and asked why ours was different than our neighbors and they refused to admit that their installer did not know what he was doing.

I even provided photos of my neighbors job to ask why there was a difference. They continued to say "installer thought it was best" I then asked for a partial refund so that we can repair half our wall and add the smaller grate, to match our neighbors, and the company said no. Do not use this company - some jobs are great but then some aren't - you are never going to know which you are going to get.

All Climate was recommended by PSE as their top choice for moving a gas line in our house. They arrived on time, were polite, worked quickly, and did great work. I was particularly impressed by how how efficiently they worked. They said they would try to get done within the hour so we would only be charged for one hour of work & that's exactly what they did.

Sorry this is a long review and it saddens to write it: -This was a great company in the past. They installed our furnace and air conditioner about 8 years ago. Since then I've had them out on maintenance checks, etc. I was very happy with them but they are not the same reliable company. -We were scheduled to get our air ducts cleaned. We were using our son's credit card that we always use (which they have on file from all the other service calls) -Our son also wanted us to get a scrubber (I never heard of it). Amanda said someone from the office would call my son to explain the scrubber options (she also sent me an email with the info and options).

I explained that my son works long hours and is in meetings all day and emails worked better with him. They said they left him messages and he said he called them after 5 when he was free and left a message. Then Amanda said she needed him to authorize his credit card (again they already have the credit card on file from all the times they came out). -The last conversation I had with Amanda about 2 weeks ago was that they were still scheduled to come out btwn 8-9 am on Monday 6/8.

And my son says he left them a message after 5 but no one called back. I believe my son. -Disappointingly they never came out and never called to cancel. When I called them Amanda says she canceled because my son never called them back. -Why not call ME and tell me that she was canceling? (Before we went through a lot of trouble moving furniture for access to the vents, etc) -I talked to the manager and explained to him that I'm an authorized user on the account and would have loved a heads up that they were canceling (I scheduled this appointment about a month ago).

Since I've used the same card for years with them, wouldn't they know I have permission? -His excuse: they have changed things up in 2020 (not for the better) He and Amanda never apologized for canceling without notice. They seem to blame us! -I don't know what has happened to this once great company. After all these years, my confidence is now gone. -Sadly they will never get my business again and I'm on yelp looking for another company.

I was referred to All Climate Heating & Air Conditioning by Puget Sound Energy after PSE discovered a gas leak at our home. When I contacted All Climate, Jason returned by call at 5:30pm and set up an appmt for next day. Jason arrived on time, inspected and diagnosed the problem quickly and proposed a solution. He followed up with a written cost estimate, all reasonable.

We scheduled repairs and again, the All Climate team did everything promised. Their pipefitter, Steffon was great! I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Turns out when I got my HVAC system serviced in September (by another HVAC company) that All Climate had failed to connect the wiring for my $1000 humidifier, when All Climate installed it in 2016. I am not surprised, given their seeming infinite capacity for not doing much of anything correctly. Maybe those reviewers who wrote positive reviews have not had a complete HVAC system installed in new or full remodel situation, like I did.

Maybe Russ the owner has cleaned up his company's act since 2016 when I unfortunately had to deal with All Climate. I doubt that Russ was aware of half of the screw-ups that his employees did during my installation, and continuing well after installation, to correct all the mistakes they made. I am still dealing with an issue (a high moaning sound regularly through the day and night) that I have no idea what causes it.

If Russ had been willing to talk with me (or my contractor) about all the things that had gone wrong, and even apologized (!), and offered to make it up to me, I would not have written this review. But he did not.

I am extremely disappointed in their service and I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. I was told by the tech team that they would be back out the next day to turn on my AC, when in fact that was not true. I now have to wait 3 days before I can TURN ON the AC I have already paid for. Not acceptable customer service at all. If you can't deliver on your word, what are you good for? Go with Greenwood, much better customer service!
