I have a hot water solar system that needed removed and reinstalled so we could re-roof our home. This company was recommended by numerous companies for the job. They responded the day I left a message and started the job the next day. They also contacted my roofer and coordinated with them. Their employees seemed very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Highly recommend this company.

Bobcat and Son installed our radiant heating and hot water system 19 years ago. The system has performed reliably all the time. They were just out today to install a surge expansion tank on the domestic water system because our water pressure seems quite high and was tripping the over pressure relief valve.

Called and spoke to Bob about my hydronic radiant heat project. He assured me they work all over Oregon and told me how professional they are, and to please send my floor plans over, of which I did. I got no response from my email, they rejected phone calls and were non-responsive. Then I get a text at 7:30 in the morning over a month later, "Sorry we are too busy to respond to your project." I asked if it was because the house is so large, he responded and said no travel outside of immediate area.

I responded with, he could have told me that when we very first spoke, instead of assuring me they work all over Oregon, no job is too far, we work quickly, etc. etc, please send me your floor plans, etc. Then just to get a tacky little text like this? Try incorporating some customer service.

I don't have experience working with this company directly but I had the unfortunate luck of encountering them at the Knott Landfill today. One of this company's trucks pulled up next to my truck while we were unloading it. A very large cabinet was pushed out of the back of their company truck and crashed into my truck leaving a considerable dent.

The driver proceeded to drive off without even extending an apology. Like I mentioned earlier, I have never worked with this company directly, but this type of behavior Is more then enough for me to know that I would never do business with this company nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.
