TMI handles our furnace and AC check ups every year and the check ups have proven to pay off big time. The installer was very professional and courteous. He came on time and installed a new outside water spigot in a hard to reach place efficiently. Everything works great with no more wasting water now. The price was a little high i thought but you get what you pay for. It comes with a 2 year guarantee, done on my time schedule and my husband had one less headache to deal with so i am happy all around!

We had a TMI technician out to fix a leaking hose spigot. The tech did a repair, and we were charged appropriately. However, less than a month later (after a few uses), the spigot started leaking again. We call to have the tech back out and were told we would have to pay the service fee again, even though the tech didn't repair the spigot correctly the first time.

What a great business model for them! Do the repairs incorrectly and just keep charging the customer for your failures. I recommend calling a different plumbing repair service.

Response was unacceptable. As a VIP member who bought a complete cooling and heating system from you in 2015. I expected better response than 8 days in 95 degree weather. You had just completely replaced the coil in the outside units less than 2 years ago. It took 5 pounds of refrigerant to make it work. Field tech was awesome but your office scheduler should not deal with people.

She was short and not concerned with my issues but maybe this how you want her to respond. I was also informed by the tech if I hadn't been a VIP member the unit is guaranteed till 2025 but I would have to pay all the maintenance. It's not my fault you sold me an inferior air conditioner. 3 of my neighbors paid less than I did and haven't had any problems. If this is your business practice I will consider a home insurance contract. It is less than $10 a month.

TMI replaced a furnace pipe that was leaking CO. They were prompt, pleasant and did a good job. My only concern is that I have not received a receipt which I need to provide my Realtor to prove the work was done. Hopefully it will receive it in the mail. Two previous attempts to get it by email failed. Other than that my experience with I was excellent.

I called TMI inquiring about a whole home humidifier installation quote. They were very quick to reply through chat and phone. Woody was able to respond with same day visit for quote and work the installation in the same afternoon. Very professional and courteous of my home. I have not had much luck lately with any service response in the quad cities including places that have sold me an extended warranty only to make it very painful to honor it.

It was refreshing to work with someone so flexible and willing to go above and beyond for their customer! I will give TMI first crack for any home related service going forward.

Had TMI technician come to my house to cap off stove gas line. Was charged 161 dollars for 15 minutes of work. Even technician though that was high. He offered to help me move the stove out. I thought wow even southern hospitality. Told him no need the stove is getting picked up tomorrow.

At a time where viruses are being passed around they disrespect their clientele by not wearing masks. They push their political agendas on you if they see a bumper sticker of an opposing political party on your car or even worse a candidate sign in your yard. We just needed some plumbing and bathroom work done. It was done shoddy and took longer than we were told. We go with another service now.

TMI is truly an amazing company. I have their VIP plan and get both my AC and furnace serviced with them annually. I've had their plan for most my tenure in quad cities so dating to around May 2020. Yesterday I heard a loud thumb and my AC unit which is from 2006 and it was working inefficiently. I became very scared because new units are definitely an unforecasted cost.

Same day TMI came out and within a matter of less than two hours; my technician was Travis. He usually services my home so I was happy to have him; although I think all their technicians are great. He did a through explanation of what the issue was explained it was covered. Additionally he showed me what he was doing and why which really helps add value. My home is now maintaining the 72 desired degrees. TMI is truly amazing and I sincerely thank Travis.

Last year they installed my new Luxeaire furnace and air conditioner. I am in heaven! I have a log home and my old unit could only get my house to 78 degrees, with the second floor being 10 to 15 degrees hotter. My new unit works beautifully and in one hour (in August) had the house at 70 degrees! Does a great job in the cold weather too! Kept the work area clean and they made sure they didn't track dirt in while they were hauling the units in and out. Totally recommend this company!

I will never use TMI again. I paid for their insurance plan for about 5years, which was a gimmic. When it came down to use it on my air conditioner, nothing was covered, and they would only give us a 25% discount. We decided to go with another company and bought a new unit. I wasn't upset with the fact that we had to buy a new air conditioner, I was upset with the fact that I felt completely taken advantage of.

Got a new furnace from them, very satisfied! Got what we wanted at a good price and great warranty. They were here on time, installed it and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied!

They've been trying to fix the dampers at the Moline YMCA for two weeks now & it's still not working right. The weight room is at least 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the facility. Hopefully they send out someone competent soon!

Just want to say thumbs up to the tmi guy that came this morning to fix my dryer! He was very professional and polite, fixed my dryer it needed a belt, dressed in uniform looked very professional! I will use tmi only if something goes wrong! There insurance program is well worth its money I pay $9 a month that covers washer and dryer if anything goes wrong! If I didn't have the insurance would have been $200 so once again thumbs up TMI! The insurance has already paid for its self! Big thanks

We were visiting our mother in the QC when she mentioned that she had an old toilet that "ran" all of the time. Called TMI to check it out. They said they would be here at 8 am. They rang the door bell at 8 am. The fellow who arrived was dressed nicely in a clean and pressed uniform, put on booties to walk through the house to the bathroom and inspected the toilet.

He explained what was wrong with the toilet and that the toilet needed to be replaced. (The toilet was at least thirty years old). We agreed. He went to the warehouse and returned within the hour with an assistant and all of the parts for the toilet replacement. They laid down cardboard to protect the carpet when walking through the house, removed the old toilet, installed the new one and cleaned up after themselves.

Both men were polite and gracious. The entire project was completed in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend TMI for any of your plumbing needs. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you, guys.

We have used them for 2 furnace replacements, 2 water heater replacements, sewer line inspection, washer and dryer inspection, stop valve installation, and ac installation. To say we are happy with this company is an understatement. They always give us a heads up call when they are on their way. They are professional when they are here. We recently needed our ac recharged and they came over 2 days later. It works wonderfully now. I recommend them to everyone because of the great work they do!

These guys did not do a good job for me. They came out and each time told me something different was wrong.bad circuit boards was the first one, and the second time it was a bad thermostat, and I forget what the third time was. Maybe I just got bad techs, but I won't call them again.
