Roger was the 1st person who came out to walk through and do a thorough inspection of our home in regards to installing a Space Pac high-velocity AC unit in our 105 yr old home. He came back two more times after we received the quote, to go over specifics in regards to the installation and placement of the equipment. Jamien & Nick were seasoned, experienced professional installers.

They answered all of our questions, arrived on time each day and did a professional job. Mark came out on the last day to set put the panel and he explained the operations of the new unit to us. We were well taken care of by all involved and my husband and I would recommend Doornbos Heating & A/C to anyone looking for quality products and professional service. Well done gentlemen!

My furnace started to run loud on a Sat night. I searched for a local HVAC place and came to the Doornbos site. I filled out the info form online and first thing Monday morning I got a call from Joyce. She was very nice and was able to get a tech out before noon. Kyle was great! He diagnosed the issue quickly, was able to fix at a very reasonable price, and let me know that the rest seemed to be in fine shape.

I was please with the interaction from start to finished and have signed up for annual maintenance with Doornbos for my Furnace/AC. Based on the customer service and price I definitely recommend Doornbos.

The company was trying to charge me 1500$ for a part that cost 200$ and a fee of 239$ to come and check the problem. Bringing me to a total of 1800$ for visit, parts and labor. The person that came said if I signed up for the yearly maintenance they will only charge me 900$ For the work they were about to do. This price is a rip off to home owners. I will never again call this company for work!

I noticed some water on the floor near my boiler. Mike from Doornbos came out and diagnosed the problem. There was an issue with a leaking pipe and the reducing valve. He ordered the parts and when he returned, did a thorough job in repairing the issue. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered any questions I had. Kudos also to Dan for the follow through, he kept me informed so I did not have to follow through myself.

We have relied upon Doornbos for decades to maintain our furnaces and air conditioners. We have consistently been satisfied. Yesterday, George's work was exceptional: along with diagnosing and repairing the equipment he managed to balance the temperature in the entire house. Today we had a new furnace installed from Doornbos. From start to finish it was a very good experience. They showed up on time with a mask and booties. They worked so hard in our cramped furnace room for hours. I'm not sure if they even took a break! Nick (the installer) did a lot of testing before he left to make sure everything was just right. He also explained the new thermostat at length. Nick was a true professional and really knew his craft!

I'm really disappointed. I had a technician out to the house on Saturday to fix a minor issue that they had fixed about a year prior. I wasn't home, but I told them what the problem was and they were able to coordinate with my wife. As soon as my wife called me to double check something (an upcharge), he got standoffish and wouldn't listen to a word I said.

I told him about how the tech fixed it last time and he told me that it's not even possible to get my system running how it's wired (it had been running fine for over a year at that point). He charged me $90 to talk down to me about something that he didn't understand. So I wanted another tech to come out. I called the company and was greeted by the least friendly woman.

She put me on hold multiple times and finally just never came back. Well, turns out I'll never be coming back as a customer either. All I wanted was for them to fix the loose wire (called another company and he fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me) and they couldn't treat me like a human being.

Thank you for accommodating us so quickly when our AC broke! Our new unit runs very well -- we couldn't be happier with the service.

Doornbos was at our home today for a common maintenance issue and a check up. William did the service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us many great tips and explained everything. Price was excellent. We purchased our furnace through them as well several years ago. That price was great as well. I have always highly recommended this co and will continue to do so.

Great service! AC went out this week, emailed them at night, called me the next morning. They are open 24 hours, but do to my schedule they were able to come out exactly when I was available. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite and was able to tell me exactly what my problem was with in minutes. He had the parts right on the truck, and within 30 mins he was done and the AC was back up and running again. I would look no further then Doornbos for your heating and ac needs!

My AC wasn't blowing - oh no! It was slated to be in the 90's soon, so I needed this fixed. I saw the reviews on Yelp, saw they were local, and saw that I could make an appointment online. All things that I love! Joyce got back to me soon after I hit send on the online form. She informed me she couldn't get anyone out the same day. I wasn't even considering that as an option, since it was already in the afternoon. However, she said someone would come the next day and they'd call before they got there.which they did.

The tech was friendly, efficient, and an overall nice guy. He needed to get a part, which the shop had in stock. Overall, fixed within an hour or so at a reasonable price. Very happy!

Mike from Doornbos did a fantastic job fixing our radiant heat system and rewiring a ( poorly self-installed thermostat.) He answered all my questions and was done quickly. Highly Recommend them

Our old furnace just couldn't wait until spring to die, and decided to do so three days before my son's birthday party. The tech was able to come in the evening and get the motor running for temporary heat. The sales rep was very responsive and came out the next day to review product solutions and total pricing. The company offers some discounts if you ask (percent off if you pay up front, or seasonal special). Doornbos was able to come the very next day and install the new furnace within a few hours. A little tip: if you sign up for their seasonal cleaning service, you get a discount on off-hours service requests.

Outstanding! Our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon, the tech Mike was here and identified multiple problems. He fixed what he could to get us up and running again, but the furnace did need replacement. Glen the estimator was out that Monday and gave us some options for replacement. He even went a step further to go over the issue multiple times with our home warranty company.

The techs finished the installation today, and did a great job. They went over everything with me, including fixed an issue with one of our dampers that has been an issue for years. They even cleaned up! I will never use another company. Doornbos is fantastic! Matt

Called for no heat at 8am (my house was 52 degrees and dropping) by 9:15am heat is back on! ALWAYS quick, courteous, friendly, clean, professional servicemen. Fair pricing too. Had our A/C unit replaced by them. Would send ANYONE to them for help!

I called Doornbos when my air conditioner went out on an extremely hot day this summer. They were able to send a technician out right away and he was very professional and worked quickly. I was very happy with the service and price.

I wasnt happy with they guy they sent to my house he was like the grim reeper. He took great joy in delivering bad news and taking my money. I was charged $125 an hour he said it was a bad switch put one in. then after installing found out the copper was stolen(roof) then charged me $125 and hour to take it out. totaling $300 to find out there was stolen copper.

He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by taking the switch, he would have to charge me for the switch. Well here it its winter and because I had no flipping clue (Im not a heater repair theif)that I would need it for winter. so hear I sit cold. I also had four seasons out years ago they switched the wires conneted to my switch and told me I needed a new furnace. So here i sit chilled by the weather and the guy at Doornbos.

Our AC went out this past weekend and the house was 80 degrees. They came within a few hours of us calling. Mark the repair man was polite and professional. He explained what he felt he had to do before he did it. Unfortunately, the problem ended up being more in depth than what he originally thought so he had to return the following day to finish he job. I'm not sure what a good price for an Air Conditioning repair job is and so to say they were good or bad price wise I have no clue. Honestly I cringed when his first estimate (before he saw that what he was doing wouldn't work) of $300 made me cringe but I'm also extremely frugal.

He explained it as $250 for the compressor piece and the rest for labor. Sadly the bill ended up more as $1450 because the compressor wasn't the problem. I have returned to living like a penguin in my ice house so I am happy!
