Brendan was phenomenal! Before the visit: They squeezed us in within a few days, and the price was amazing. Brendan showed up on time, and communicated ahead of time so knew he was coming an hour beforehand. During the visit: Brendan walked me through all the specifics of my hvac system in detail, showing immense patience as I learned all about the condition of my system and how it works.

But he didn't stop there, he recommended a surge protector for the board of my high-efficiency furnace and thicker filters to prevent early failures, stopped to explain how I can program my thermostat for greater convenience, and gave me specific things to look for in the near and farther future to help maintain my system. I am truly impressed, Brendan was worth his weight in gold and I will call his team for any future hvac work. Thank you for the excellent service!

Jeff came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our air quality, furnace and AC. He gave us the facts and left it to us to decide how to move forward. He even allowed us the time to think about it (I cannot say the same for other companies, we had 3 other quotes). Jeff and his team gave us a quote that was fair and very reasonable! We've learned that bigger companies tend to have a higher cost ($5,000-$10,000 more!) for the same or similar products.

We did a lot of research on the system that they installed and it turns out that its a top brand (Bryant). We could not be happier with the install of our new system and the duct cleaning that was performed. The two men who came to our home were very professional and respectful of our home. We had an issue with our heat I called and Kim answered very friendly and was extremely helpful and had service tech at our home same day. I've had no problem with Breedlove Dobbs. I just had a Snow Melt system installed in my driveway by them. (This is my second in three years after building new house. First was installed wrong and leaked) Jeff refitted the Boiler and manifolds, installed all new heating lines, correctly. We just had our first snow with 8 degree weather. Works flawlessly, kept snow from accumulating on drive and sidewalk. NO LEAKS!

This is awesome! I have a office in my home, so I have to keep my drive and walk clear for my clients. Used twenty gallons of glycol last year. New system is perfect. Let her snow, I'm ready. Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the crew at Breedlove Dobbs.

Had a pleasant talk with Matt Patrick to look at and replace an a/c unit. Arranged an appointment where agent came to inspect the house within a day. While Matt Patrick was polite and professional he has since refused to reply to calls or text messages. After calling the office the receptionist said Matt's child had an emergency that he was attending to that day but would call back that afternoon.

Neither Matt or a representative of breedlove dobbs has returned our call a week later for a $7000 a/c replacement. While a pleasant dude, Matt Patrick or breedlove dobbs are unresponsive in an a/c service situation.
