Crest was founded in 1964 as Crest Plumbing & Heating Co. by Silvio Breglio, a dedicated and hard-working plumbing and heating mechanic. From its modest beginning in Rocky Hill, CT with four employees servicing Hartford County, the business grew and was relocated to Hartford some twenty years later. In 1984 with a much larger facility, Crest opened a sheet metal fabricating shop for its HVAC installations, and also began fabricating and installing fire protection systems. At the same time, we expanded our service department providing service to plumbing, piping, HVAC and fire protection systems.

Crest has installed a diverse cross section of fire systems over the years from simple wet-type sprinkler systems to complex pre-action and deluge systems.
Crest has an expert service team built to maintain and repair all types of commercial HVAC equipment. We offer 24-hour emergency service for existing maintenance/install customers as well as regular day-time service for all commercial, retail and institutional facilities throughout CT.
