When you have a water leak inside your home and all the contractors are so busy they can't get to you, it's easy to panic. Yavapai Plumbing was also incredibly busy, but they were so nice, understanding and responsive, I will always be glad to refer them. Daniel came out, found the leak, and fixed the problem, all while answering my questions and putting my rattled mind at ease. He was awesome. BIG thank you and endorsement to Yavapai Plumbing!

Simply outstanding! Our 25 year old central air went out Tuesday evening. I called a few local companies Wednesday morning, and Yavapai was the only company who was able to send out a tech same day. John called when he was about 10 minutes away, and got right to it. After a short initial diagnostic, he came in and let us know that our old system had failed fairly catastrophically and would be expensive to repair, even if he found no further issues.
We decided to replace the entire unit rather than gamble on a repair. Unfortunately, due to manufacturing delays and it being the busiest time of year for air conditioning companies, the install would be a month out. Not to worry, John already had a solution in mind- Yavapai would provide a couple of portable units tomorrow to keep us cool in the interim.
This was a big relief as my wife was worried about our 9 month old son overheating throughout the end of June and throughout July. Thursday morning, John called with the news that there were no available portable A/C units. Uh-oh. John once again already had the fix in mind, and said he had moved some things around and the crane and new unit would be here first thing in the morning, and we wouldn't need those portables at all.
Our installers (whose names I can't recall-sorry guys!-but one sported a magnificent beard I won't soon forget) were right on time and we were cooling off by the early afternoon. I was touched when they relayed that John had mentioned our young son, and I got the distinct impression that was why they went WAY out of their way to get us up and running asap.
I am deeply grateful to all the fine folks at Yavapai, and I know exactly who I'll call for any hvac/plumbing work I ever need in the future. TL;DR- HIRE THEM. You'll be glad you did.

I had a busted valve in one of my faucets in our bathroom. Yavapai Plumbing went above and beyond to help me. This happened after hours. The on call technician was prompt, professional, and thorough. I recently had YPH reconfig water pipes in the basement to add a water softener. Daniel came to quote the job and returned about week later to do the work. Professional, pleasant, easy to work with, efficient and does quality work. Daniel and his partner James, showed up on time and completed the work without a hitch with friendly attitudes and ready smiles.
Two thumbs up! Office staff, MaryAnn and Tonya also very pleasant and helpful. Although the cost was greater than another company bid, I definitely recommend Yavapai Plumbing & Heating.

We just hired this company to add air conditioning to our home. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy and Chris did an outstanding job on our installation, while Drew gets an honorable mention for his customer contact skills when he came out to provide us with an estimate. We were looking to replace our entire HVAC system and had three different companies come out to bid the job. DREW from Yavapai Plumbing and Heating blew us away with his responsiveness, professionalism and most importantly his knowledge and thoroughness in making sure understood the various options as well as WHY. He did a full cost benefit analysis for us and continued to follow up throughout the process - in a very professional way that did not feel pushy.
He wasn't the typical sales person who just wanted to close the deal, he was consultative and added so much value to the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Drew and if he is any reflection of the rest of Yavapai, I wouldn't even bother calling anywhere else!

Our house is an A-Frame from the 70's so have limited space and no attic or crawl space to work with but wanted a comfortable environment that also looked good, quite the challenge. We talked to a few different companies and Yavapai wasn't the cheapest but the one we had the best feeling about so selected them for or house. Not only did they work within our budget but did an amazing job and made it look better than we had expected. Their team was great and couldn't be happier with the project, I highly recommend them if your looking for quality work.
