Our small school has used Barber for about a year for our biannual cleaning of our system and to trouble shoot different issues. We are always pleased with how responsive they are and their techs are very knowledgeable. They explain the issue is a way that makes sense and they are very easy to contact. Jeff was great to work with, very friendly and great at communicating. Got us on the schedule sooner than discussed which was wonderful! Fantastic all around! Contacted them Friday evening at 5pm. Had a great conversation with a tech who offered to come after hours but I was good with waiting until Monday morning. Got here first thing Monday morning. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Brandon did an excellent job fixing system and explaining everything to me. Will absolutely use for all future hvac concerns

The HVAC unit in the home is 17 years old. The AC wouldn't run, just fan, but not consistently. Called the company and I got a same day appointment to come out and check the unit. It needed a dual capacitor replaced. I was able to use a new customer coupon for a free diagnostic which reduced my bill $59.99. Service: A/C system repair

Jeremy, the owner, is the best! After moving into a new house about a year and half ago, we had a duct problem with our heating unit. The new build house warranty had expired. So we called Jeremy who came out, figured out the problem and stayed and repaired it the same day without having to open up any wall space. He took responsibility for what happened which proves he runs an ethical business and cares about people. Thank you Jeremy!

In today's completely messed up economy and lack of work force. Barber is one of the very few and I stress very few who can get someone to your location in a reasonable amount of time and get things done. There's no excuses only quality and the most important thing to me consistency. I have used them for installs, commercial maintenance, residential and everything in between and every single time the quote is fast the work is fast the work is clean and everything is professional.
I despise companies who lure you in with great service one then intentionally lower quality after. Barber is not one of those. Small job or big job everyone gets the same treatment and it's every single time.

The team that worked at my home was knowledgeable, very professional and hard workers. Roberto, Aaron, and Chris did an excellent job they came early and stayed and finish the two day job. Jeff the supervisor came by to make sure that everything was going OK. He was very professional and friendly. He talked me through everything that needed to happen with my heating. I would recommend this company for their timely work, their professionalism and a job well done. Thank you all again!

This company is by far the best HVAC and Refrigeration company I've used in my 15 years in restaurant management. Response time is awesome, their team is always courteous and helpful. Rodney and Jeremy Barber are always a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend! I just want to give Bill Meyer a shout out. Him and his team did an awesome job on this freezer. They worked quickly, cleanly with little to no disturbance to operations. This was a huge difference from the last walk-in install through a different company.
