I had an entire new gas furnace, AC and humidifier installed by Gross last week. I had used this company for my hvac maintenance for years so when it came time to purchase a new system I knew who I could trust. Brad, James and Bill arrived on time and actually finished early, I don't think they even took a break. They were friendly and made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. Everything was installed professionally and cleaned up/ disposed of when the work was completed. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Gross!

Radon fan / motor needed replacing - 2022. Gross came out in January and evaluated the situation. Charge was $99 for 15 minutes of evaluation. In March, the same technician returned to complete the work. Despite him documenting what was necessary for the job (which I had a copy of) he came unprepared. He did not have the correct materials to do the work.
A few moments after arriving he declared he could not do any of the work. Additionally, he did not bring a replacement gauge (again, this was written on the initial assessment paperwork). The gauge normally displays a colored oil to indicate the unit is working. He suggested that I instead put water in the existing gauge and re-fill it every few months. Personally never using Gross again. Very poor experience.

After getting other quotes and talking to Jerry, who is one of the owners, our family recently had our 20yr. old Carrier furnace with a zoning system replaced by Gross Heating & Air Conditioning the other day. Mike K, Colton, and James were my installers who were on time and very professional. The process of replacing the furnace was like clockwork and was amazed how efficient they were.
The attention to detail was meticulous with a high quality of work and clean up after they were done. We were very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Gross Heating & Air Conditioning to others. There are no extra or hidden costs and they can answer any questions you have with honest assessments. Great job!

Jeff has about 40 years with the company. He knew what system was best suited for our home. Jessie has over 20 years with the company. He and and the team did an outstanding job on the Boiler replacement. Our old system was 62 years old when it died. At the end of the install and during the initial system startup, we had a frozen pipe burst. It happens. Jessie made a call and extra vans showed up and repaired it within hours. The people working for this company are great.

Good, honest folks. They recently installed a new residential boiler in our 97 year old house. Gross heating did an excellent job on the install and worked through all the issues associated with updating a major system in an older home. They are extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. Nice, honest folks that I am glad I get to work with.

I am very happy with the install of my furnace and AC from Gross Heating. The entire experience from sales to install was extremely professional. The install was nice and clean, the electrical subcontractor did great work, and the entire job areas was cleaned up after they were done. After the install was complete I had a couple of questions that were answered promptly by the office staff. I highly recommend Gross Heating.

Had, what I consider, a large installation in a Milwaukee bungalow. Full furnace and AC unit replacement, which included three Mitsubishi units in the upstairs. Even with the shortage of AC units due to the sudden heat wave in the Northwest, Gross did a fantastic job, kept me in the loop of any changes and the install crew couldn't have been better.
Estimate was the total cost - no upcharges, changes, etc. and installers took the time to walk me through any decisions as they came up. Some companies say they will treat you like family. Gross Heating ARE family. My 5 year old grandson still asks when those 'nice guys' are coming back. Best endorsement I can ever give. Summary - Didn't deviate from estimate.
