Annette Hale Comfort Systems gave a competitive quote. The reason I chose them was because the timing and availability of the parts and service was within two week of the quote. The salesmen was nice to deal with and he delivered on his promises. They removed a 20 year old heat pump, condenser and air handler and installed a new 4 ton Carrier with an Ecobee thermostat.
The installation crew was professional, the wiring, plumbing and units, were installed neatly and the crew did a great job cleaning up. The start up technician did a great job testing the system while training me to operate the new thermostat. I was very suprised the job was completed in one day. It's been almost two months since the install with no complaints, Thanks Annette Hale!

Keith Vinson came out to help with an install and took his time to check out my systems as well as give excellent advice and a maintenance schedule. He did this of his own accord and found and fixed some things, he obviously cares about his customers. If you're his boss and you're reading this, you've got a customer for life in me because of his knowledge, attitude, and service! Couldn't recommend a company any higher to new customers, check em out!

Keith was our service technician. He responded same day as call. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and he thoroughly investigated and diagnosed the cause of the AC malfunction. He explained his methodology and his degree of certainty in fixing the problem, in this case he said he was about 95% sure he fixed the problem. I understood because he described a situation involving the fan freezing that was possible but unlikely.
He showed me pictures of the interior of the HVAC unit to explain his diagnosis. In the unlikely event that he was incorrect in his diagnosis, he said to call back, he was the on-call technician that weekend and he would be back over to take another look. Now a week later, no issues whatsoever with the drain pan; dry as the desert. He exemplifies customer service of yesteryear, and I was very impressed with his overall expertise. Highly recommend Annette Hale's Indoor Comfort Systems and especially Keith. Good work!

Annette Hale's was everything we wanted in an HVAC professional - after getting other opinions on our HVAC system, Keith came out on time and was honest, kind, and his help kept us from possibly spending thousands when it wasn't necessary. He cleaned our coils and left us with a unit that works perfectly! That kind of honesty and amazing service is one-of-a-kind these days! Will definitely be calling them again for any HVAC services we need.

Called Annette Hale's because they installed the HVAC system for the builder in my new home 14 months ago. So I'm barely 2 months outside of the 1 year warranty and one of my units stops cooling. A tech came out the afternoon of the same business day I called (this was not an after hours call). The tech talked to me, diagnosed the problem, replaced the blown capacitor and filled out paperwork all in 10 min.
For that 10 min I was charged $180 ($80 diagnostic and $100 for service). The part was "under warranty." I am utterly shocked this is the price they charge for 10 min worth of work for a system under warranty. They have lost all of my future business. I do not recommend.

We are just in the stage of getting quotes a new system. We weren't sure if we needed to repair the old one or replace. The technician, Keith, came out and really gave the system and duct work a good looking over. He spent a good bit of time looking at all the components and talking to us about his observations and some options. We agreed with him we needed a consultant to come out and give us a quote on a new system. We have that consultation scheduled. We just wanted to say at this point how impressed we are with this company and Keith whom we have already met.

We had a coil in our unit that leaked all the refrigerant. Manufacturing issues kept delaying the shipment of a replacement. When Annette Hale's Indoor Comfort Systems learned it would be another two months of Alabama summer without cooling, they contacted their distributor and found a solution to our problem. Very happy with the outcome!

As a subcontractor for our builder they prided themselves by ensuring to deliver quality products and excellent technicians for our new home. Matthew, the technician that conducted follow-up service, did an excellent job installing our register that was missing. He took additional time and gave us a 101 information overview on the the running and maintenance of our Ecobee HVAC unit. Also, Annette Hale's Indoor Comfort admin team also ensured to provide accurate appointment times and we had no delays-- Matthew arrived early for both appointments. This is a top notch sub contractor for Woodland Homes.

The best HVAC company in town! They really stand behind their products, even for the services that were completed years ago. The manager Sean went above and beyond to work with us. The service tech Herman was very professional and experienced. He pinpointed the issue that others did not find. We are so glad we purchased two units from them!

We had some repair work done on our ducts and are 100% satisfied with Indoor Comfort Systems. They responded quickly and notified us when the technician was on the way. Jamie was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and just a good guy to work with. He took care of the issue and made sure we were satisfied. Seems like it's harder to find good service people to work with you on your home, but Jamie is one of them.

We had our unit go out not long after buying our house. We decided to go with this company because my husband knew some of the employees. We were not dissapointed. We got a new unit installed. They were very quick and the price was reasonable. My utility bill has also went down significantly. I would definitely reccomend them.

Great service. I had my unit installed by ics 12 years ago and have been using them for my yearly service. The staff is always great to work with and technicians very responsive and professional and I would use anyone else with my heating and air conditioning needs. I would highly recommend this company.

Not thrilled so far. Our house has been without ac for 2 weekends in a row. Brian has been a nice repair man and very courteous. He has been good with our dogs and always lets us know where he is. I'm not thrilled with their dispatch. They had Brian do a preventive maintenance prior to fixing a broken coil in our broken unit, while we have no ac.
The unit worked when Brian left, we found we had another leak in another unrelated portion of the unit over the weekend. He came out ASAP on Monday morning. He was gone by I would say 1pm. I called today, Tuesday (before Labor Day mind you) to see if the part will really be in or if we will be out for a 3rd weekend which will be a 3day weekend. Kathy said that the part was ordered today (Tuesday) and takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
I was so startled I said thank you and hung up. I then got my wits about me and called and said why were they just ordered today, mainly the reason I was given was that is just how it's done is next day. So I asked is there anyway that the part will actually get here this week since there is a 3 day weekend coming up? She said that she would ask her ordering manager and nothing came of that.
She didn't ask my name, she didn't take my number, nor did she call my father the owner of the house. I'm sorry the heat this week and last week has been in the 90's and for how much they are charging they could have asked Lennox how much more it would have cost to expedite the shipping. I did purchasing for a living and overnight shipping with ups is $25 with a good contract. I'm sure my father would have paid that to get the part quicker had they called us.

ICS installed the HVAC unit in my new home. I moved into the home in April 2015. 3 weeks later, I had a catastrophic failure due to, "a hole in the system in the attic, " which allowed all the coolant to escape. They came out quickly and fixed, SUPPOSEDLY. In May 2016, they had to come out and fix a wiring problem on the upstairs unit. It had been crosswired and the fan ran all the time, despite turning the system off.
In July 2016, I had ANOTHER catastrophic failure of the system on a weekend in July 2016. Outside temps were approaching 100F and inside it stayed between 78F and 82F. I called OCS at 0730 on Monday morning, no answer. Tried calling them again at 0731, they answered but could NOT come out until Tuesday. I called my homebuilder (Jeff Benton) and asked if they could help.
They put in a warranty request with ICS, but then ICS couldn't come out until THURSDAY. I kicked ICS to the curb and called a different contractor who came out and diagnosed the problem, a hole in the attic system WHICH ICS SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IN MAY OF 2015. The evaporator coil (under warranty) had to be replaced and the other contractor could find no evidence of a repair.
He suspected ICS refilled the system but did not fix it. Now, I am out $880 for labor and materials to fix something ICS screwed up or installed a defective unit in 2015. I HAVE KICKED THESE INEPT CONTRACTORS TO THE CURB AND HIRED A COMPETENT HVAC CONTRACTOR WHO IS CAPABLE AND HIGHLY REVIEWED. Jeff Benton was no help either, and they consider, "This issue is now closed." Well, we'll just see about that.
