I had an issue with my heating system over the holidays and called Rossair. Robbie showed up multiple times, and troubleshot the problem until he had it nailed down. I'd had issues with faulty capacitors for years, and Robbie installed an American made unit! Perfect! No doubt, I'll be using Rossair from here on out!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are timely, efficient, honest, & reliable. We have used them for years. When I ask questions, they always have a good answer--these people know their business well. I can tell they have years of experience and training behind them. After years of working with us to keep an old system limping along, they installed a new one at my request.

They quoted 6-8 hours for installation, and had it done in less than 5. I am very happy, and holy cow this new unit is so much better than the old one. If you need HVAC unit work done, you would be doing yourself a favor calling them.

My air conditioner stopped working two days before I was scheduled to have major surgery. We couldn't get our normal guy to answer the phone and none of the big companies were able to come by right away. My wife found Ross air on her next door app and they had really good reviews from some people in my neighborhood. Those people were right! I spoke to the owner directly when I called and he sent a technician out in less than an hour. Nick was awesome from start to finish! Presentable, polite, easy to talk to, Etc. Fixed the problem without trying to rip me off, even showed me all of the parts that had gone bad so that I understood. Got our air working that same day and saved us from having to take the entire family to a hotel.

Even after all of that, the bill was even affordable and reasonable! I have dealt with several different HVAC companies living in Huntsville for the last 15 years. This kind of service and Excellence is rarely what you get

I had Rob and his crew install a gas line for my dryer and vent the dryer to the outside. I had gotten a few quotes for the job and Rob came in at a very reasonable price that was affordable. Rob showed up on time with his crew. They were all very professional and polite which is a rare find among contractors today. They completed their work in a timely fashion and even hooked up my appliance which they didn't have to but they did anyway. Rob took the time to explain what he did and made sure I knew how to operate the valves properly before he left.

My wife and I have just moved here to Huntsville and have had movers and some repairmen coming and going as we have been getting settled into our new home. Among all of them Ross Air (Rob and his crew) have been the friendliest and most professional. The job was done perfectly. If I ever need a plumber again I will be contacting Ross Air.

Had a problem with the AC not working this morning. The compressor was running but the fan was not working? I turned the system off and went to work. Called Robert at 6:45 this morning and he said he would be there between 8:00 and 9:00. Come to find out it was a dirty filter and the unit had frozen up. What a great guy and excellent service with a great price! Thanks Robert!
