The people are always wonderful to work with and the plumbers are top notch.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value they set an appointment a week out. I was unable to use my bathroom while I waited for them to come. The day before the service date they called and cancelled the appointment. They wanted to set another date a month out. NOT my type of service. I called another plumber. Phoned at 8a with an urgent need, guys were there at 10:30 and done by noon. Great company.

After getting a huge water bill from the city, I was able to find the leak from a pipe between the street and the unit. I called Lincoln Plumbing and Norm helped me right away - giving me instructions on how to get the water shut off until he could get there. He came out the same day (it was late on Friday!) and we developed a plan to dig up the pipe and replace it. Dan came out Saturday and replaced the leaking pipe - it was not an easy fix due to the way the original pipe had been installed, not to mention it was cold and rainy. I really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. They are my only plumbing service from now on.

The nicest people ever! Had workman out to do something to our chimney, they turned off the gas, but forgot to relight certain appliances. Discovered we had no hot water 2 days later, and Lincoln Plumbing walked me through restarting my water heater. When I do need plumbing services in the future, Lincoln Plumbing will be my first call!

Good phone customer service, took message and returned call promptly. Was able to quickly replace my broken hot water heater. Came in almost 100 dollars under estimate and was much less than quoted from a couple other places. Thanks lincoln plumbing!
