A call to repair a single leaking pipe as part of a service/repair contract morphed into 2 leaking pipes, Which finally got repaired after the insufferable technician had a full-blown temper tantrum slamming doors swearing and cursing etc. To the extent of slamming a door so hard it was damaged. Then they did work they never were asked to do, nor did they consult the house owner about, so a leaking pipe morphed into an almost $1k bill in spite of the household having a service/repair contract with them for over 35 years. Would not recommend this company, the owner is condescending and rude and gives his employees a free pass on behavior that is totally unacceptable.

Employee came out to repair a leaking pipe under service contract. This morphed into 2 pipes, employee could not do the job on his own started swearing and banging around, when told his behavior was not accepted he had a full on tantrum yaking and slamming on doors, (so hard he caused damage which I had to pay to have repaied) The owner proceeded to pass it off.
They did work that they were not request to or gave permission for them to do, to the tune of almost $1000. Then threatend to call in a collection agency when I tried to discuss the bill

Horrible company. Definitely not pleased with them. Lack of total professionalism. You don't disrespect people and make people cry. Especially when a person has health issues. James is definitely a very disrespectful SOB who had the nerve to insult me on the phone as well. He had no remorse for the situation. So come Monday morning I'll be in contact with my attorneys.
