The Controlling Systems crew that installed my new, central Mitsubishi ducted heat pump system were absolutely great! Professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, clearly a cohesive crew that actually had fun while they worked! Everything was done neatly, and left cleaned up. I couldn't have been more pleased. Always a great experience with this company! We've used them for our service calls for the past year. It was time to replace the old swamp cooler in our home and they came out to review all options and pricing with us. When we decided to replace our system we got competitive pricing and an install window of two weeks. They always notify when they are on their way and have never once been late.
They stayed from 10am to 8pm replacing our unit. We had a fantastic team at our home working diligently to get our system up and running. They were beyond communicative, professional, and cleaned up after themselves ten fold. Truly, I am so impressed with their team! Thank you Gemini, Rudy, James, Easton, Roman, and Mike for assisting us! We will be using them for all of our future needs and love supporting this great company and team.

We had a new evaporative cooler installed on our roof and the 2 gentleman that did the work were excellent! Gemini and Eastman kept us updated every step of the way. They were very kind, courteous, and respectful. Not only did they do a great job of installing the cooler, but they explained in detail how to run it. They also left no mess behind. They cleaned up everything, they even vacuumed up everything from the sawing and hammering. I would recommend this company with 5+ stars.

The tech (Gustavo) arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Since we're relatively new to ductless heating and A/C, we just wanted a tech to check the system to make sure it is clean and working properly. We really like the ductless heating and A/C and are very happy with the great service we receive from Controlling Systems.

Mike and Gemini of Control Systems arrived on-time and were very helpful walking us through each step of the installation process. They did a great job of making sure the installation looked as good as possible and kept the working area clean. If you are considering a Ductless A/C or Heating, Control Systems has the best installers and service technicians we have worked with. Highly recommended as a Diamond level Mitsubishi partner in Denver.

I cannot recommend Controlling Systems, unfortunately. I got a new furnace and AC unit installed in April 2021, and it wasn't a smooth process; the inspections failed at least twice, and after a month the exterior seal completely melted off. I altered them to a weird sound I started to hear, and they brushed it off. I finally got a different company to come take a look and we found not one but TWO pieces of metal scrap inside of the fan!
A small one I could maybe understand, but not the bigger one which measures 3x8 inches! I will not be using them for any future projects. They also mistakingly sent me another customer's invoice which detailed: "Condensation line to unit was not hooked up properly this is why the unit was leaking into the attic there is no visible damage done to the drywall with a little water did come out should dry up by the end of the day."

I recently had Controlling Systems install a Mitsubishi mini-split system. They were the lowest of three bids. A competitor of theirs that I have used for 25 years could not get close to Controlling Systems pricing. The install techs (Roman, Easton, Mike and Gemini) arrived each day as scheduled during the three day installation. They were detailed and meticulous in their work and ensured I was satisfied with the installation and operation of the system. I highly recommend Controlling Systems and will continue to use them in the future.

I would recommend Controlling Systems. I received several bids and theirs was the most competitive, so from a value perspective they were great. The install was a bit challenged and took a long time. The head tech Roman, worked a 12+ hour day into the night to try to make sure everything was finished, all while maintaining a friendly customer service positive attitude.
The other techs were also great, no complaints. After their work was done we noticed our hot water heater was leaking. I called and got a less than helpful reaction from the receptionist, but then someone called me back (James I believe) and said they'd send someone right over. A supervisor came over and installed two new connections, free of charge.
That is the sort of service you hope for when you're spending massive amounts of money on a new HVAC and it was much appreciated! As a side note, we also had them install an automatic (measures outside temperature and adjusta automatically) bypass humidifier. The cost was a drop in the bucket and it's done an excellent job maintaining higher humidity this winter. I recommend adding one of these!

After I understood what to look for and obtain, I wanted a mini ductless system for one room, that is not connected to the rest of the ducted house. Controlling Systems sent a good rep to understand my needs, and the electrician and crew that came out for the installation were on time, good natured, and finished in half the time expected. I love the system, it works, is super quiet, and takes up little space. Big fan of Controlling Systems and Mitsubishi
