. My dad heater went out on a weekend. The guy told my dad 200 a hr. He told my dad he had another appt close by and would be over shortly. After he checked it out seen the thermostat went out and replaced it. He charged my dad $303 for 1.5 hr when he was there for 20 minutes. He also told my dad he lives in Parker and my dad had to pay for his commute when your office is a mile away. Please call my dad. He is 90 yrs old and on a fixed income. This seems like you are taking advantage of him since he was there only 20 min and the invoice show 1.5 hr.

We had a great experience with Jessie at Walrath who diligently and methodically got to the bottom of the issues with our steam boiler. These are highly specialized systems so we are grateful to have found this expertise and know we are in good hands with Walrath. We found their pricing to be fair and will be calling on them again for annual maintenance. These guys are top notch!

I have used this company on numerous occasions on two different houses over the past 27 years. They do excellent work at a fair price and are very punctual and respectful. Most important, their employees are very knowledgeable and honest, and they have always provided me with good advice as to how I can accomplish my goals or fix my problem without any suggestion of an unnecessary up-sell.
I recommend them unequivocally, especially if you have a gas to hot water system. Not every heating company is knowledgeable about such systems. These folks are, and in my experience are the best in town.

I own a couple of rental condos and a home. Walrath maintains the HVAC on all of them as well as the properties my Partner has. We find them to be well priced, honest, reliable and very responsive when anything goes wrong. On top of all of that their technicians are just that! Technicians not salesmen pretending to be technicians like most of the companies out there.
They try to fix things first but when it is time for a replacement they provide a good price and top quality equipment. Today Alan and Aaron had their work cut out cut them. No problem for these guys! Happy birthday Alan!

We have used Walrath for many years; they installed a new furnace and swamp cooler over the years and also do our routine service. Whenever we have a question or problem, someone knowledgable is available right away. Tommy does our routine service calls and is always prompt, efficient and friendly. Recently we had a leak in our water line and Alan went way beyond my expectations to find and fix it. He was professional and courteous. I've recommended Walrath to several friends who have had similarly excellent experiences.

The service at Walrath is as good as it gets! Over the past two years, I've had the pleasure of using Walrath to service the furnace and AC in two different properties that I own in Arvada. They are professional from stem to stem. It's easy to schedule an appointment, the technicians are always on time (or call to let you know of a delay) and best of all, they take care of maintenance and repairs without trying to scare you into buying a new furnace or AC or whatever.

Walrath has been great to me over the years. They've done several projects at my house, including new swamp cooler install, new furnace install, and new water heater install. All of their work has been outstanding. One time, when the city inspector came and said the swamp cooler intake was 2 inches too close to the furnace exhaust on the roof of my house, they acknowledged the mis-measurement and instead of complaining about the city inspector, they came to line my furnace chimney with a whole new flue, free of charge. Sometimes, the best way to judge a company is how they react when things don't go well. Walrath stepped up to the plate that day and I've been a loyal customer ever since. I would highly recommend them.
