Aspen, Alex, and crew were very responsive in getting my unit repaired. We were selling our house and needed the unit inspected and repaired quickly. Alex not only found us a new unit, but was able to get the unit installed the very next day! Alex's crew got started right away, explained the procedure and got us back up in running in just a short few hours. We are more than pleased about the process and turn around time of this group had provided. Outstanding group!

I'm not one to write reviews but in this case I just wanted to thank Aspen Aire for their exceptional service. my AC was 27 years old and in borrowed time I called and Alex was there within a day to give me a quote. his knowledge and expertise put my mind at ease knowing I called the right place. The guys that did the insulation were prompt and very professional.

I am a stonemason by trade, blacksmith as a hobby, and i wanted to convert my forge to natural gas. The guy i dealt with was Alex. Even with my hectic schedule, he was able to get a crew out to run a gas line to my forge. They were very respectful, resourceful, and considerate of my family and home. I have several future upgrades in mind, and these guys will definitely be my go to.

We have always had a good experience with Aspen Aire, both with their customer service staff and their technicians. We have had them replace the systems in all three of the houses we've lived in. (All were 20-30 years old. Two had stopped working, and one was on borrowed time.) Their pricing is fair, and we never felt pressured to buy a certain system or to make a quick decision.

One AC unit had an extremely rare defect. Their tech was respectful and responsive to our concerns until he found the issue. The repairs were covered by warranty and cost us nothing. We will be sticking with Aspen Aire, and we recommend them to our friends and family.

Great customer service and pricing! My heat stopped working and I called a different place. They came out Friday and quoted me over $700 to fix and told me I would have to wait until Monday for a new part. It's cold! My friends husband referred me to Aspen! I called and the lady on the phone was great to speak with. Said they had the part and would get someone out quickly to fix. Mike came and got my heat working for $470! Great customer service, great service and professional all around! You have made a new lifetime customer! Thank you!

Matt at Aspen Aire has provided services on a couple of occasions and both times was incredibly pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did an excellent job of explaining and answering questions. On one occasion Matt was checking the AC for air flow, temperature, and a unique noise we were hearing. On another, Matt installed a humidifier and air scrubber. Extremely pleased with his service and Aspen Aire in general.

We were looking for a company to come out and do a routine check on our furnace. Ultimately, we decided to contact Aspen Aire since they installed the heating/cooling system when our new home was built. When I called, Ellie did a great job of explaining services and their maintenance plan that is available. We opted for the maintenance plan. Mike Kellar arrived on time.

We discussed how we set our thermostats to ensure we were doing this the right way. He spent time going over the furnace with us and explained the correct filters for our unit, how it works and their role in helping us keep our system healthy. He discussed the maintenance plan and their services. We were extremely pleased with Mike's knowledge, professionalism, and easy way in which he communicated with us. We feel that we have connected with a great company with great people.

Called and left three messages and sent multiple emails to schedule an installation from a new construction house we built and never received a call back or an email back. Went with a different company.

We were calling around to get estimates to replace our air conditioner and furnace. Shout out to Shawn Stout who didn't just give me costs and numbers, he spoke to me about air quality, air flow and how to achieve maximum comfort. Although we had been working with another company, because of Shawn we decided to make the switch. The installation guys were also thorough and efficient. (Sorry, I cant remember their names!) I highly recommend Aspen Aire for your HVAC needs!

The part they charged almost 2000 to install didn't fix the issue with our system yet the owner and the technician failed to respond to our calls and letter. Had another company come fix the problem at at fraction of the cost. Aspen Aire is unprofessional. Paid for the unnecessary work only after they threatened us with a lawsuit since we signed a contract.

Contract was for unnecessary part but they never responded to us to fix the real issue. First phone call was made the same day part was installed-it did NOTHING! Get a second opinion!

WARNING: These people will slather your property with their stickers - without any request for permission. Oh, and your neighbor's property too. Oh, and as a paid customer who politely asks them to kindly remove said stickers, you will receive zero response. See posed photos.

Karter came to install our nest thermometer when we had already encountered problems from other companies. He was prompt and arrived slightly earlier than expected which is a positive for me. The installation process was seamless, he also helped answer other questions I had generally on operating Nest as well as heating and cooling our house effectively. Great demeanour, knowledgable about what he does. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Excellent service! I contacted this company today due to issues with my furnace (no heat). The technician, Adam H., was very professional, Identified and corrected the issue, then performed a complete service on my furnace and explained to me the actions taken to get it fully operational again. I will be using this company again for all my future HVAC services. Thanks!

We called them through our home warranty and had them emergency dispatched when our furnace was having issues in the dead of winter (of course it was also a day that was -10) They called right away and got a tech scheduled. Carter, our tech was amazing! He was super nice, professional, and diagnosed our problem right away to make sure it was safe to use our system. (The wire diagram got sucked into the blower and made it sound like the motor was going out).

He even made sure that it was heating to the correct temp and not leaking CO2 before they left. Super professional, super prompt, and amazing care and service! I highly recommend Aspen to anyone who needs heating or cooling help!

Very fast service, almost too fast. Had a scenario where I called in the morning, and they said they'd call me back (which is fine). I didn't get a call back until 3PM, which was a call that a service tech would be out to take a look at my air conditioning issue. I was still at work and wasn't expecting a tech to be out at my house yet, since I hadn't scheduled the appointment. Fortunately I work at a job where I could leave early, so I was able to make it home in time for the tech to look at my issue.

He quickly discovered I had a blown capacitor and he replaced it. My AC is now working as good as new. I want to deduct a half a star for the fact I was taken by surprise and had to unexpectedly leave work early for the tech, but overall was very pleased with the professional and quick service, so I'll let it slide. Very good company would do business with them again. 5/5
