A-Action Aire, Inc. is a wonderful family-owned business that we have been using for over 15 years. Our HVAC system went out recently and A-Action got our system replaced in no time at all. Always very polite, friendly and professional. Always responsive whenever we have had issues with our system over the years. Great folks, I highly recommend their services.

Very nice tech came out to check my Moms thermostat. Changed it out and checked inside & outside units. Very respectful, explained what he was doing. Asked if we has any other questions. Good old fashioned customer service! We are very pleased. Stephanie & Mama Cynthia

They installed and re-installed my parents' system and dealt quickly and accurately with any issue that has come up. When our system quit on a hot summer day the receptionist/dispatcher found a technician late in the afternoon to help us and answered a late-night voicemail for a follow-up visit the very next morning and a technician was again on the way. I'm very pleased with this company and their service.

While I was working; my (BRAND NEW) houses thermostat was removed and relocated across the whole house to a very awkward spot right outside my bedroom door, all to be of convince of the technicians. This work order was a result of a previous service I had to pay 1500.00 for which ended up shorting a wire. These very INCAPABLE workers made excuses as to why it was necessary to move- but not to me, to my dad.

My dad was only there to let them in for the work. His name was not anywhere on that work order PERIOD, I got 2 stories from Donna (the customer service rep) and my father. Donna told me the whole fact that the wire shorted simultaneously the second the 1st service call was finished (without proper testing) was a COINCIDENCE. Regardless the initial technician DID NOT test to make sure the thermostat worked before leaving- the A/C never stopped blowing full blast, never turned off, etc.

To top everything off- Donna told me the technicians will cover/patch the holes and make the UNWELCOMED CHANGES not a eyesore. As you all see- ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIRS WERE DONE FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT CLEARED BY ME.

I am so blessed and thankful for finding this wonderful company! This is a Christian, family run company and I had complete trust and faith in them. They are amazing! They did an excellent job and completed the work in a very timely manner. Everyone I dealt with at the company were very professional. I commend their work ethic and will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years. I have had them do everything from service calls to new equipment installation and have never been disappointed with their timeframes or customer service. A great company that I whole heartedly recommend.

Failed to provide a history of work preformed with no justification, rude receptionist, and uneducated technicians. They could not answer my questions and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told they are unavailable. I would not recommend thjs business to anyone that cares about their home. I am willing to turn this into a positive review if my concerns are addressed.

Their technicians were friendly, polite and very efficient. Installed my AC unit in less than two hours. Thank you to Bruno for explaining everything and showing me how to use the thermostat.

These guys are horrible. My A/C went out on Thursday and I called and tried to set up an appointment for Friday after 3 pm. They told me that they don't set appointments after 3 pm. What A/C company stops working at 3 pm in the summertime? So I finally got appointment for Monday I left work early and they never showed up. I called back and they set me an appointment for Tuesday at 3 pm.

I left work early to be there at 3 pm and they didn't show up until 340 pm. I'm giving them 1 star because I can't give them a half star. Also there receptionists aren't very nice either. When you call they act like you're bothering them. I would definitely not recommend these guys unless they are the only ones available. Also make sure it's before 3 pm LOL!

This company installed my AC unit in my new house and have a constant humming noise. When I called to let them know and told the lady who I was, she let out a big sigh in my ear like I was bothering her. Really rude. They say that the "humming" noise is normal which my husband who is a licensed electrician begs to differ. So i guess I will be seeing them back when my AC goes out. Very rude customer service. They also left orange foam coming out of my holes in my stucco and had orange foam all over my 5K stucco. Very messy!

Terrible customer service! I had an appointment today for them to come fix my air conditioning, and they didn't show up never called, someone named Donna was rude to me and told me I don't want to get in the middle of that! meaning you don't want to fix my a/c or what? she talked down to me multiple times like I'm stupid, I was surprised since they play Christian music on their hold music, I thought they would be kind and helpful, as Christians should be but NOPE!
