It has been about a year and a half since Kendall and his crew installed our system at our wedding venue. It has worked flawlessly since then. The installation process from beginning to end was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in my many years. They went out of their way and took extra care to make sure that the installation was right and looked the best that it could for exposed ducts in our wedding venue. I seem to always need these guys at the most inconvenient time, Friday night, Sunday mornings.you know, not typical work hours. They have never turned me away or not taken care of it as soon as they could. It may have been the next morning but it was taken off my plate in a timely manner and with efficient service. They even face timed one of our tenants to help him through a simple troubleshoot. That's customer service!

Comfort pros is the absolutely best name these guys could of picked. The team that came to my house to service my a/c unit was absolutely fantastic. Received excellent advice on a new ac installation. After three years, we are very happy with the system's efficiency and with the ability to control the temperature in different zones in the house. We have used this company for over 20 years in different houses and situations. We've always had great results. We tried another company once and that other company based in Sherman gave us false information. The Comfort Pros give honest information and back it up.
